FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team Gameweek 26

Welcome to the FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team Gameweek 26. Well we scored 60pts and saw another green arrow, albeit a very small one. But in all honesty it feels like we are treading water a tad – the team looks ok on paper but is probably not dynamic enough to cut through the masses. King Capo Kun saved things late on with his goal to rescue us to an extent, while his mates Otamendi and Sterling also contributed with a clean sheet and two assists respectively. The surprise was Begovic’s clean sheet at Chelsea – the disappointment was Alonso who we seem to have no luck with. We own him, he does nothing, we sell him he explodes. Tosser.
Salah does what Salah does. Firmino rewarded our faith and as for Christensen…..I’m not allowed to write what we feel for him.

Last weeks result…

This weeks transfer…
Despite most of us having such ill feelings on how Christensen has treated us, he has survived the chopping block for now. Don’t be mistaken though, is not because we felt like he make it up to us or that any of us made a case for keeping him, we were simply .1 short of getting Jonesy in for him. Therefore, instead of forcing a transfer to a player we did not really want, we thought we just roll the transfer over and figure it out next GW.

Hopefully the two free transfers next week pays dividends as we turn our eyes to Lingard’s minutes this weekend and the aforementioned Christensen as two possible targets for the next fpl transfer window.

With no transfers this GW, it means that we basically are forced to roll out the same XI as last week with the exception of one forced change with the injury to Christensen. So the lord of the one pointer takes a spot on the bench, but not to worry, we feel that in Dunk we have a player that is very capable of producing the same amount of points one point that we have become accustomed to with Andreas. With that being said here is our team for this gameweek.

The team in full

Our captain is Sergio Aguero why you ask? Because that’s Sergio Aguero, fool!

  1. Morning all !! Good to go ? Start Dunk or Chilwell ??

    • Great team. I’d start Chilwell. Swans can’t keep their form up. Or can they?? Gulp.

    • I’d stick Brooky. Great team

    • Stick with Dunk. Chilwell might not start this GW and unlike most defenders, he might come in for a one pointer as he is used up the field sometimes. He already has 3 sub appearances this season.

    • Cheers everybody yeah Swansea have picked up a bit of late while West Ham have lost their best 2 attacking players so Dunk it is !

    • Like the Cap pick Brookyboy good luck mate 😉

  2. Hi Gang. Used my ft for ox to Walcott. Have the Mahrez issue. Taking him out would give me 8.7. Good to go or switch him out?

  3. Hi guys,
    Who do you captain?
I actually considered all of my midfielders, Kane, and even Azpi. Still not sure what to do.

    • Sterling makes sense. Salah has been dependable and even with the tough fixture he is likely to get some chances. Wilson if you are feeling very punty. I would probably be between these 3, think the end I flip a coin on Sterling or Salah.

  4. Who you all captaining? I’m on Alonso atm

    • Hey Dreamers had it on Kane Alonso now on Kun can’t decide time for me to change yet 😉

    • Probably Kun, but I do love a Monday night Captain and I have Hazard on the team.

    • Sanchez ! Though if i didnt probably Kane or Salah.

    • Alonso is a brave brave shout, Watford have scored 5 in 2 games against Chelsea!

      • Hey Bean – surely a Chelsea response and that was a different Watford. Very low in confidence

        • I have the utmost respect for any person captaining a defender.

Think it’s a lot braver away from home but that’s where Chelsea have been best so best of luck to you! I’m on Hazard so I hope for Chelsea goals as well.

        • Prob says more about my expectations for my attack this week

  5. Hey guys, last minute panic, have potential of not fielding 3 at the back as chilwell may not start. Haven’t Christensen and masuaku out already. Worth a -4 or just leave it? Any suggestions on who if so? Christensen to otamendi?

    • Christensen was annoying me so i moved him on. Can you afford Alonso or even Moses?

      • Definitely annoying me too.haha Moses yes but not Alonso. Have 6.8m

    • Otamendi isn’t a bad shout

  6. Do you think DCL to Wilson is worth an -8?

    • no – Mili I guess would drop but thats a not a bad fixture he has

    • I’d keep it as is, Milovevavoo could get something at home to Newcastle. Perhaps change DCL to Jordan Ayew next gameweek when he’s home against Burnley and will probably keep up his scoring a goal every other game trend.

    • Lmfao ! Dont ever change Mitro ! laugh

    • So 3 no’s…

Who thinks he will do it ? smile
