Welcome to FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team GW16. The way these new signings are going lately we are beginning to think we have hired Marcel Brands. Fortunately our results are a bit better than those of a certain Mr Silva so we don’t fear for the chop just yet. Zaha was our latest flop and to compound matters we booted Mason Mount out for him, who scored. Naturally. Wilf is a long term acquisition though and we count ourselves a bit unfortunate in that he didn’t really get to play his natural game after the early red for Sakho in that match. The previous week’s signing was Jesus who flopped on his debut but came good for us this time with a brace and full bonus points, handily reminding us that you don’t just buy a dog for Christmas.
As for the rest Soyuncu got us a clean sheet, Trent got all sorts, Mane went on the rampage and Captain Vardy got his now customary goal. All in all this left us with 58 points which meant a smallish red arrow and we now sit in 35,677th spot.

Going into GW16 we have 1 free transfers and £0.5m in the bank.
Talking of patience… ours has ran out with Mr Sterling a touch. The fact that there are one or two ready made replacements coming to the fore, who also happen to be much cheaper and in much better form, made this a fairly easy decision for us. Raheem now has just a solitary goal in his last 5 games, with just 8 this season in total along with 1 assist and only 7 bonus points. And that’s having played 1221 minutes. Deli Alli on the other hand has now got 3 goals in has last 2, 5 in total, 1 assist and 8 bonus points. All in just 629 minutes, a smidgen over half of Sterling’s. And he’s only 28 points behind him.
To confirm then we have SOLD Raheem Sterling and BOUGHT Deli Alli
Captain – Jamie Vardy
Once again we are trusting Mr Party with our armband. Mane did get one vote but in all honesty we are fearful that he may be the one to get a rest this weekend with his two chums having done so in midweek, especially with Liverpool having a crunch Champions league tie the following Tuesday.

A difficult game week ahead for most people with more away players than home.
I had two transfers this game week but decided to use only one and carry forward the other transfer for next game week.
Finally gave up on sterling and transferred in mane.
Armband on son.
Oh and if anyone cares, the cup starts next game week with the top 4m or so this game week qualifying.

Home games don’t always guarantee more points so I wouldn’t be too worried about having a lot of away players.

Very nice team MHD. Really surfing on current form! Is Baldock the person you really want to replace anybody? Personally I would put Ayew as first reserve – but that’s a minor detail. You could also upgrade Tielemans to Maddison (if you wanted to – but maybe this is Youri’s week?) or Ayew to Ings with that money ITB. I don’t want to disturb the balance you have created though! Good luck!
Take AJW’s point but any other transfer would probably be a minor tweak only.

I too am struggling this season. My captain choices all season have been shocking.
My only concern is no Tammy. Not sure Mane will start.
Friday night football always seems to catch me out so I’ve missed deadlines, lost transfers and not been able to change my captain. After the injury I may have been a bit quick to move Tammy out for Vardy, not sure how I can get him back in.

If so, then KDB to Son or Alli?
If a switch to 343 is on the cards then how about KDB to Maddison and Greenwood to Ings?
Im happy to stick to 352, I find it hard to switch unless on a WC (wasted mine already).
I have Son already so would you do KDB to Alli? I’ve been wanting to take TTA out for while to raise funds but not sure what alternstives there are, is that a bad idea?
Son and Alli together would be fine.
I’d leave Trent in for the next two games then shift.
If you desperately want Tammy then something has to give elsewhere and that probably means Jimenez to him with a tweak in midfield or a complete switch of formation to 3-4-3 with one of the big boys getting it in the neck and Greenwood being upgraded. Really all comes down to whether you want to keep Jimenez.
After today’s game Jimenez has a tough run of fixtures so moving him out now might be for the best. Not sure how I would do it though?
You’d have to downgrade either Pulisic, Mount or KDB. KDB to Alli wouldn’t be the worst call ever.

Hoping for a bit of advice.
Worried about not having Tammy (looks like he’ll start) and thinking that Spurs cover (Alli in the forward position seems to be a great price) needs to happen. I don’t mind taking a hit. Was actually thinking KDB/Jimenez -> Alli/Tammy. But this seems crazy. Should Tomori be starting? Thoughts?

I think I’m like a lot of people on here and wondering if it is a good idea to do Jimi to Tammy. I have 1FT and 0.6itb. If I get Tammy, I’ll have triple Chelsea and triple Leicester…eggs in one basket and all that. Any thoughts? Is there another transfer that needs doing or should I roll it?
