Disaster! A shambolic game-week in every sense. A derisory 46 points has given us the reddest of arrows. We won’t take you through all of the disaster zones, there were just too many but when our bench contributes just as much as our two Leicester no-shows the writing is on the wall. At least we captained our best performer (Manè). Aside from him only TAA & Abraham contributed more than the minimum. And we only had 9 of our 15 actually bother to turn up… Time to shake ourselves down and move on asap.

Our GW21 Transfer(s)
We’ve only gone and done it! After continuously missing out on him over the past few weeks, we have eventually signed Kevin de Bruyne. The first suggestion made at this week’s transfer meeting was McGinn to Cantwell and Zaha to KdB. Adama ‘Muscles’ Traore was then mentioned. One of the management team was particularly bitter that Muscles has quite recently risen in price and took great joy in the fact he only cameo’d against Liverpool. McGinn to Muscles was suggested but that would have created a benching headache. After talking nonsense for a period of time a vote was taken on the original suggestion and the vote was carried.
To confirm then we have SOLD John McGinn & Wilfried Zaha, and BOUGHT Kevin de Bruyne and Todd Cantwell
Captain – Jamie Vardy
The logic behind voting for Vardy is that he’s guaranteed to start and the same can not be said of our other options. To be fair, it’s not like Vardy has what could be described as a difficult game, after all Newcastle have recently conceded four against Man United!!!
For the record Mane and TAA recived one vote apiece.

a) Grealish to Traore;
b) Abraham to Jimenez;
c) (a) and (b) for a 4pt hit or;
d) Roll the transfer.

Any particular reason you’d double up on Liverpool defence ahead of their attack?
Gazzinga + Mount to sort out there Geeps. Don’t get Fabianski, maybe Traore for Mount if you feel like double Wolves.
Fabianski with the DGW ahead and sorts out Gazzaniga as you pointed out.
Mount always seems to get that stay of execution each week. Assist just there as well from him.
Traore is considered for sure.

GP, quick question. DGW looks good on paper but what are the chances of Fabianski getting a CS in either of Liverpool or Leicester (the two contenders in the two horse title race) games? I personally see 4 points, if lucky, from the two games while Ramsdale could easily get more from a single game at home vs Brighton in that very GW.
Just asking for a friend who needs to deal with Pope as well :wink2:
I’m picking up 1s and 2s with Gazzaniga anyway.
Fabianski is a far better keeper, did have three consecutive clean sheets before his injury and Moyes should improve the defence ahead of him.

The plan is to roll and first priority for GW 22 to be Ramsdale → Pope and very likely DCL → Kane in order to generate some dosh and upgrade one of defenders to TAA in the following week. Any other suggestions welcome
