We began fearing for our Free Hit team early doors, namely the second when our captain Aguero first looked over to the bench. Whenever he does that you usually don’t see him again for a few weeks. And sure enough, there he was gone, albeit with a decent captains score in the bag already, for a single game-week player anyway. Things got worse when Lindelof did indeed fail to appear, especially bad as we had ‘prior’ warning of this but chose to ignore it. That decision did ultimately play into our hands though as had we acted we would probably have dispensed with Azpi and Laporte in some sort of defensive reshuffle to accommodate Smalling and his own goal. Keeping the latter two paid dividends big time as they brought in 34 points between them. Elsewhere Mili got his customary penalty and Rashford got a goal before disappearing for Part 2. Likewise the decision to take Hazard over Kane was looking ropey at best after he was benched but ultimately he came through with a stellar display later on.
And so after a seemingly lacklustre start to the DGW our Free Hit team eventually pulled its socks up and brought us home with a hallowed triple digit point score. 107 to be exact. That put us 34pts above the average and gave us our 4th green arrow in a row with a relatively healthy jump of about 10k in rank which leaves us at 13,915th overall.

And so onto BGW33. As a reminder then we played our Free Hit chip last week which means our old GW31 team pops back out for a brief cameo before we wave it goodbye again next week as we intend to use our second Wildcard prior to using our Bench Boost or Triple Captain in DGW35. We have 1 Free Transfer and £1.8m in the bank, let’s go see how we decided to use those…
This week’s transfer – we have sold Felipe Anderson and bought James Maddison
Our old GW31 / new GW33 team has 11 players showing with a fixture this week. One of whom is the currently injured Felipe Anderson and regardless of his recovery status he has a tough game this week at Chelsea…
A unanimous vote for Maddison and probably the easiest and quickest team meeting we’ve had this season. Any fixture vs Huddersfield looks ripe for the picking though our decision making progress was made easier by the fact that we couldn’t find anyone who was playing Fulham this week 
With the Foxes in decent form under Brenda and Maddison & Tielmans linking up well with Vardy we thought it prudent to up the Leicester coverage in front of next week’s planned Wildcard.
Our Captain is Jamie Vardy
As per our transfer decision, a fixture vs relegated Huddersfield was too good to ignore and therefore we have captained Jamie Vardy this week. Sadio Manè is our vice.

Maddison to Hazard and Kun to Laz/Hiquain for a -4. Crazy?
Aaah yes, this is my team right now. I could have done Fraser to Hazard and Kun to Laca yesterday. Now 0.2 short since both rised last night.
Salah to Hazard and leave it at that?
Omg, omg, omg. Really? Selling Salah?

My gut says I prefer to keep Salah. Lets just put this in another perspective. I would lose Salah and no hit but I would have to play Diop and not have Salah.
Lets say I do it my way. I would lose Maddison but gain Hazard and Hiquain (and keep Salah). Plus I wouldn’t have to play DIop whom is very unlikely to get anything this gw.
The last time I sold Salah he scored a hatty in the next match….
An out-of-form Salah who is snatching at every chance and couldn’t trap a bag of cement right now? I’m being deliberately flippant but he’s hardly a must have right now and taking Maddison out before Huddersfield seems a bit short-sighted.

Yeah, but also because it’s a direct swap. Might not be for a hit but I’d say the combo of Salah, Hazard and Hiq or Laca can do more damage than Hazard, Maddison and Diop.
Salah and Higuain definitely better than Maddison and Diop, but if the former is -4 then it’s closer, still edges it for me though, Diop is garbage this week
Plus Hudds are now relegated, they might suddenly start playing a bit better with no pressure anymore
Hi all. This is my squad with 1ft and 5.9 itb. Am thinking maybe Barnes to Laca or Auba. Can I have your thoughts peeps. Best of luck to you all.
Solid moves. Still doubtful about Hiquain and Laca myself.
Who you leaning towards Raz?
Haven’t decided yet. Form and playtime says Laca. Fixture (H) and because he was rested says Hiquain.
Auba didn’t play midweek right? Does that mean he comes in for laca? Since laca has played the double GW.
And Higuain being Higuain.. well…
All in all exact reasons I’m staying away from both.
Thoughts on the FH team? 0.2 in the bank. Worth doing Pereira to Kolasiac and Ramsey to Tielimans given the Ramsey injury doubt? Would also free-up 1mil or so for upgrades elsewhere.

Ramsey will be given until after the final session on Saturday apparently so in which case I’d swap him out.
Looks good to me, bar Ramsey of course! Could switch him to Maddison and lose the double LEI defense

Just wondered if anyone was daring enough.
He’s a solid rather than spectacular scorer. Only hit double figure score twice this season but performs home AND away. Will probably be other choices later in the season (LIVHUD GW36) which would score more but it wouldn’t be the worst decision
I wouldn’t, I’d TC someone with higher ceiling for sure!
Afternoon all
So I’ve got to go a different route cappo wise and nobody seems to want to captain Salah (for obvious reasons) – so I’m gonna take a chance on him.
He’ll still want the Golden boot and I need him to find his shooting boots tonight!
Vardy is obviously what most will pick (for obvious reasons) but Hudd may be playing with less pressure and more pride in their last few games…
