Number 13… unlucky for some…probably us!

Things are not going well for the site team this season. Another red arrow for out lot this week. We got only 48 points which was one less than the average 49 this week. This saw us drop to 3,932,438.
We were massively let down by two things… our midfield and our captain. Seems to be a theme this season as Haaland blanked again, our power midfield of Palmer, Bruno, Gordon and Mbeumo all got 2 points.
You would think with Flekken, Myklolenko, Saliba, Watkins and Strand Larsen all getting 5+ points we would have seen a green arrow but alas it just wasn’t enough! Things have to change… surely, it will get better!

We have 0.4 in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of GW13. Let’s go see what was decided….

We felt like we needed to do something BIG, something drastic because we are terrible this and if it didn’t work, sure we are already in the millions.
Therefore we settled on a hit. A -8 was suggested but the vote was for a relatively conservative -4.
Salah was a must have as our rank is probably showing how much he is hurting us. We all voted on Haaland and Bergvall to Salah and Cunha. Perfect but when I went to confirm, I discovered we were 0.3 short. Cunha was sacrificed but we aren’t disappointed because our 2nd choice of Joao Pedro is a solid option!
To confirm then we have SOLD Haaland and Bergvall and BOUGHT Joao Pedro and Salah
We have given the new striker the armband against Southampton in the hope he can repeat his double digit haul this week!

Hi all, hope everyone is set for this week.
Unsure what to do myself.
A. Roll the FT.
B. Pau to a Brighton defender
C. Haaland to Cunha and Rodgers to Saka (-4) would then captain Saka

I’d say roll. With the busy schedule ahead, that your team’s fairly solid, and that a change probably wouldn’t massively change incoming points, having 2 transfers to make more significant changes, to put out potential fires, or upgrade the bench (any of which without taking a hit) would seem like a better idea.
