After 4 red arrows we finally caught a break with a greeny, and a fairly big one too. 73 points was 20 above the average, and a GW rank in the 400k’s and a rank rise of similar numerical value. Leaves us at 2.3m or so, which is obviously still crap, but it is what it is.
As for the team itself there was good news all round really, 4 clean sheets out of 5 at the back and even Munoz came off the bench with an assist. New signing Tosin was the star with 9. Other new signing Kudus also got an assist to compliment Salah and Kluivert, who scored one of two of our only actual goals last week, with Mateta of course getting the other.

With Cunha being a silly sausage, and Mateta being bashed like one, we either had to get creative and use a few transfers, or use our squad. As it was our ‘squads’ fixtures looked ok and sort of leant itself to this approach. Especially with blank GW29 looming, and our other guys dropping like flies, it felt wise to hold as many FT’s back as possible to cope with that one.
To confirm then we have STUCK!

I was thinking of ditching Cunha for Beto, but can I get away with rolling the FT?

The site team just rolled 3 FT and benched 2 injured palyers. I think you can get away with rolling it.

I think you have more to gain by getting Beto than playing Bassey. You don’t need more than 2FT to cover BGW 29
There is no point keeping cunha who misses 3 games. Would sell him. For whom depends on when u plan WC.

B. Marmoush & Palmer
Given Palmer’s form, I’d go for A.
Used my 1 FT to replace Cunha with Marmoush.

Didn’t have budget to get marmoush who i was considering. Got in nketiah as a 1 week punt before fh and wc.
Who’s everyone’s captain this week. Currently on salah but debating to go palmer. Can’t see salah getting 90 but we all know what he can do. I’m 60 points behind in my ML. Do I go palmer in the hope they all go salah or do I still have enough time to claw that back
Both are equally attractive options this week but going with the recent performance Salah wins.
Tried palmer last week but didnt work. Will c Salah. But if chasing, palmer a good option.
