Our second green arrow on the bounce (since we played our GW30 wildcard. Hurrah! We finished with 62pts, 28pts above the average (34pts) and that’s despite leaving Gvardiol’s 9pts on the bench (oops).
Jacob Murphy was our biggest contributor with a whopping 16pts after scoring a brace in the first 11 minutes of the Magpies 3-0 victory over the Foxes. Which is just as well, captain Isak blanked! Thankfully the other big captain favourite (Salah) also blanked so it was no great shakes in the end!
Elsewhere it was a big thanks to Palace duo Mateta and Munoz (8pts) and Trippier (6pts), and thanks for ‘nowt’ to every other player in our starting 11. Assistant manager Potter boosted our score by 10pts thanks to West Ham’s 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, could have been better, but we’ll take it.

We messed up!
We had it all planned out, or so we thought. We took the votes and decided to use this week’s FT to move our Assistant manager chip to a manager with a double game week. Eddie Howe took the vote so all that was left was to make the move. Which would have been fine, until we realised, we already had 3 Newcastle players. With 3 Palace players there was no get out of jail card.
We could have stuck with Potter, but we don’t see many points for him this game week. So, we stuck to the plan, voted on a -4 to free up our third Newcastle spot.
Trippier is our fall guy, Kiwior comes in and we’ll pretend this never happened!!
To confirm then we have SOLD Trippier and Potter and BOUGHT Kiwior and Howe

Is it worth playing BB now with potentially many rotations due to the European games or leave it for GW33 when with 2FT I can bring extra City and Arsenal players?

Hello everyone!
Start Gvardiol or Konsa? Leaning toward Konsa right now due to the fixture but wondering if Gvardiol would be a better option as a kind of insurance with my team having so much Palace right now..

I am in the same boat with but have Milenković.
For fixture we are both right.
Gvardiol hasn’t been involved in a goal since gw 23, but we all know what he’s capable of.
I am also hoping CP score 2 goals, so I am benching.
I’ve gone Gvardiol with Konsa on bench.

I really regret my gamble on Gordan, is it worth a -4 to take him out for Murphy and play him over Rogers?

If you do take -4, then Murphy has to play obviously. On form Murphy makes sense.
Will you put Rogers on the bench?
I think you should do it
Ya Rodgers hits then bench.
My thoughts are Rodgers could get 9 points.
Then Murphy needs 13 for me to break even. So I’d want him getting 18+
