Soooo…. do you want the good news or the bad news first?
Well, the good news is that we didn’t leave many points on the bench – 1 between them. And that’s the end of the good news.
The bad news is that just two of our players contributed 39 of of our miserly 54 points. Or 72.2%. The other 9 got 15, Palmer with 3 being the top scorer out of those. In fact 4 of them got just the 1, the other 4 doubled that. Pathetic.
On a more even note it seems to have been a similarly poor week for the majority. We only know this because despite us being just 3 above the average of 51, we somehow still got a green arrow! A small one, but after that sh*t show we’d have taken a sizeable red one on the chin and still moved on as if nothing had happened. We jumped up 150k to 2,031,489. Super.
Swiftly onto GW5…
We have £1.0m in the bank and 2 free transfers to use ahead of GW5. Let’s go see what was decided..
With Muniz seemingly losing his spot to a revitalised Jimenez, the main question this week was whether to bench him and play a 4-4-2 or simply ditch him. The vote went 5-0 in favour of giving him the boot.
In terms of a replacement we were restricted to £7m, unless we made another move. Turns out that that mid-price striker bracket is actually pretty stacked. We put up Vardy, Wood, DCL, Pedro, Welbeck, Raul himself and even Larsen. To our surprise it was closer than expected. More to our surprise was that Wood actually came 2nd with 2 votes. Dominic Calvert-Lewin just nipped it with 3. And that despite being out mid-week with an ‘illness’.

Fairly unanimous this, with Oliie winning 4 votes to 1. Haaland gets the VC, just in case.

Do you think Isak will play?
Sell Muniz for Vardy, Dcl or Wood. And bench Mcginn.
Isak to Watkins best option but looks like u cant do that in 1 move.

Yes but no one knows for sure if Isak starts or not. Have mcginn 1st sub in case.

Why not play Faes instead
Hmm could be the best bet.
Torn between Salah or Palmer.
Stick with Palmer or switch to Salah by downgrading Havertz to Vardy or DCL? Have 2 FT. Have Jota and Robbo by the way.
Can you not take out Jota for Salah in some way? I dunno it seems a bit of a sideways move Palmer > Salah when you have Jota.
Jota to Salah also possible only selling Palmer to get the funds and obviously cant sell Haaland. Cant fund 5m easily. For now will stick with Palmer. Considering jota to mbuemo perhaps next week.
Already used the FT to replace Isak with Vardy and now have 2.9 ITB
Do I take a hit to get rid of Muniz for Watkins or DCL and play him instead of one of the mids or leave it for next week?

I wouldn’t, lucky you don’t need to play Muniz.
Maybe yes for Watkins esp. if u gonna c him. Madueke is competing with Sancho and like 7 more wingers. Would bench him then.
I don’t think a hit is worth it, Watkins would need to score at least two goals to make it worth it and if you are not going to captain as well.
It is a tough one, the thing is you are spending points hoping to gain points,

Of the two Muniz.
Winks will get more minutes. Very unlikely to get more then 3 points.

Would really just sell Muniz even for a hit. Unless u get info he will most likely start.

Think if Palmer dose not have a good return downgrade him next week and bring in an arsenal defender for there turn of fixtures.
