Kepa Arrizabalaga (10), Harry Kane (8) and the Reds Devils triumvirate of Luke Shaw (6), Bruno Fernandes (12) and Marcus Rashford (60) – he who took our Triple Captain honours this week – gave us a grand overall total of 104 for the gameweek. Considering the rest were 2s and 1s, we’ll have that.
Kieran Trippier scored one of those ‘2’s so we assume there is a glitch somewhere in the system and we’ve contacted FPL about it.
A continued rise, this time a biggie of nearly 400k to more than halve our rank to a more respectable 326,036th
See, we do know what we’re doing, it just takes us longer to get there these days in our old(er) age! Let’s keep it going.

Our Gameweek 23 Transfer(s)
Having just the two Manchester City assets obviously meant they were the favourite place to target ahead of their DGW. And with Almiron regressing in his points and with City themselves, Liverpool and a blank ahead, he was the sacrificial lamb. We have gone for arguably the most explosive of the City assets in midfield in Riyad Mahrez and he comes in with Villa and Arsenal ahead. Go well sweet Algerian!
To confirm then we have SOLD MIGUEL ALMIRON and BOUGHT RIYAD MAHREZ
Captain – Erling Braut Haaland
Seemed quite an obivous pick seeing as he has two bites of the cherry. The recent hat trick against Wolves and obvious reminder of what he can do – especially in home matches.

Got 2 FT and 0.6 itb.
Completely clueless of what to do this week. Any suggestions?
You have two from Newcastle as well as two from MU that will blank soon and Patterson sitting injured on the bench. I would assume you want to keep Tripper and Rashford over the BGW so I would say use one to do Patterson to Tarkowski maybe. He does have a DGW coming. The other you could use to offload Shaw to someone or roll and asses again next week.

My plan all along was to do Bruno to kdb. Persuaded myself I wanted to do martinelli to odegaard because of competition from trossard. Just realised I’m 0.2 short of that. So my question is really what should be my priority transfer. Do kdb to Bruno? Or martenilli to odegaard. And should I bank the 2nd transfer?
Think Bruno makes sense here. Bueno and Greenwood prob issues for GW25

Really not sure what to do this week with this lot. I do want mahrez but it cannot be done without losing KDB or taking a hit.
Should I play it safe and do DDG to Ederson? Or even shaw to a Man City defender? Or is there another move to consider.

With 3 of your defenders blanking in a couple of weeks I would think I would do Botman>Ake and deal Shaw away next week. Or vice versa.

I’d move Botman on I think
Ederson is a decent move.
I’d play Botman over Shaw I think. If not, then he’s one worth considering for a move.
If you only have 1FT, then this side is good to roll too

How about Mitro, summer, James ->> Gnonto, Mahrez, 4.8def for a hit?
Mitro to Greenwood and Summerville to Mahrez for free might work. But Greenwood would be an issue moving forward.
Unless I go with Gnonto and take the hit to downgrade James to Tarkowski?
James could play in 25 and 28 in theory. How about Shaw out instead.
