FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups Gameweek 33

Welcome to FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups Gameweek 33

This week’s article is brought to you in association with the number 2….

Not much required by way of summary this week as most of our team simply scored 2 points! Seven of them in fact, including the keeper, the entire defence and 2 of our forwards. Thankfully our mids carried the load but even then we picked the wrong one as Captain (Salah – 14), with both Saka (13) and Martinelli (9) outscoring him. Oh and Kane got us a straight 6.

All this left us on 56 points (-4) and gave us our first red arrow since Gameweek 25. It meant a slight drop back in rank, down 30k to 146,972.

Our Gameweek 32 Result

We have £0.8mln in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of Gameweek 33. Let’s go see what was decided.

Our Gameweek 33 Transfer(s)

It was always the plan to bring Haaland back in for Kane. So that’s what we’ve done. Easy, eh?

To confirm then we have SOLD HARRY KANE and BOUGHT ERLING HAALAND

Captain – ERLING HAALAND

Until it doesn’t make sense, we will continue to back the Norwegian. Missed a penalty against Munich but still went on to score – that’s what we’re talking about.

We saw that Mahrez took the penalty on Saturday in the cup with Haaland on the pitch, but we’re not overthinking it.

Predicted Line-ups and FPL Team News

Rather than clutter the site up on deadline eve with too many articles we have tagged our predicted line-ups on here.

As a quick reminder –

There are two versions of this article.

The one below has a drop-down version. It’s fairly idiot proof – you simply click on the small arrow to the right of the team name and you get a drop-down list of all the teams. Simply click on the one you want to see and hey presto, etc.

The other one is permanently live and has the ‘nicer’ grid layout. If you want to see that version you can click here. This can also be easily accessed at any time via a myriad of links on our homepage – Header link, Hot Topics link, Quick Access link on mobile and it is also linked towards the end of all of our regular articles.

You can access our live feed to these here.

  1. Have I got this set right ? Or would you bring in one off the bench? Thanks

  2. Should I play Maddison instead of Saka or leave it as that?

  3. Kane will be making way next week so I can afford salah. Should I use my ft this week and do kane to isak?

    • tough call… I could see Wilson starting with such a quick turnaround in games for Newcastle.. Of course, doesn’t mean that Isak wouldn’t get 20-30 minutes of time to score.. I think I’d hang on to Harry and do the double switch next week..

  4. Hi everyone, like most I’ve got 2 Brighton mids and 2 Arsenal who would you bench this week?
    Saka
    Martinelli
    Mitoma
    March

    Good Luck this week xx

  5. Any thoughts on this set up? Who would you bench to bring Martinelli in?
Double Newcastle at the back? Bring Mee in as it seems Chelsea are incapable of scoring…?
    Cheers all

  6. Hey guys, did a major blunder last week and now I’m 0.1m short of doing Kane to Haaland. Need to take a hit now but who to make room? Martinez to Raya and Kane to Haaland? And who would you bench?

    • Depends on your chip situation and plan I guess. Assuming you don’t have them left then bringing in City, Brighton, Man U and Liverpool assets makes sense.

    • What about Estupinan in for Schar as the makeweight for the big move? Gives you another Brighton player with their doubles coming up (ties you up from having another midfielder though from them though). Maybe Botman if you are planning on another Brighton midfielder.

Wouldn’t even like to start telling you who to bench there!
