If you remember we used our Triple Captain Chip last week and planned to use it on one of our DGW Chelsea players. Surprise surprise we picked the wrong horse in this race! Our Mason Mount scored 15 points instead of the possible 57 had we gone for Marcos Alonso. Yay!
We scored 78 points overall which was well above the average and has lifted us to 129,035 overall.
Bukayo Saka again with the double figure score – 13 from his goal and assist. Apart from bog-standard returns from Alexander-Arnold, Salah, Dubravka and Davies, it was 2-pointers across the rest.

None. With no money in the bank and our team in reasonable condition, we have decided to do nothing this week. We will review our transfer situation next week with two free transfers and two chips still to use!

Captain – Harry Kane
It was a close call and we have gone against the obvious choice in Mohamed Salah with the feeling that there could be rest or early rest for the Egyptian in the lunchtime game against Newcastle ahead of the second leg in the Champions League.
Harry Kane therefore wears the armband in his game against Leicester – another team who will have to have their eye on Europe this weekend – and we hope Harry comes back with a bang in a game against one of his former loan clubs.

Comes down to your view on whether your Chelsea assets start. I’d prob play Nkekiate over Dennis or Havertz. West Ham have only one available cb in Zouma and he is just back from injury. Why risk him
Thanks for your thoughts mate. Feels difficult to drop one of Mount or Havertz. Not sure if Mount is due for a rest. I actually prefer to play Havertz over Mount as I think he has the better XG/xA stats over Mount but not sure why most prefer Mount. Maybe I’m missing something.
I think Tuchel mentioned something re the attack and pple are reading something into it whether it exists or not.

Plodding around the 300k mark so it kind of doesn’t matter ( for a minus 4). Would you do Mount to Coutinho and Werner to Watkins? Is double Villa too much? Next week I can do Broja to Richarlison ( short 0.2 to do for a -8).

Both Mount and Werner have DGWs coming up. Wont take a hit there mate. Maybe just bring one of Coutinho or Watkins to spread the DGW risk perhaps.

One of those doubles is a few days before the Fa cup final though and they have nothing to play for
I sense the hit is potential coming from some underlying frustrations! I think Mount to Coutinho is probably enough for this week, but I can see why the hit is tempting.

I think your hand will be forced by someone getting rested anyway, but I’d bench Jonny and play Mateta & Diaz.

I believe so. He came on for 10 mins against Brighton for Long who will probably be rotated back to the bench

He looked bloody good didn’t he. Dunno what Tuchel’s thoughts are regarding fitness etc but I’d be playing him for sure.
