Welcome to FPL is live 2020/21
It’s time to set your team up, re-join leagues and get tinkering! Although it’s worth noting that the actual Premier League fixtures are still to be released and likely won’t be until after the Champions League and Europa League have completed.
For FPL the biggest change appears to be the deadline changing to 90mins before kick-off – seemingly in an attempt to combat those annoying and often false team leaks.
The Chips have remained the same as has the budget of 100mln.
The biggest changes seem to have come in player prices and in some cases, classification. Some of the more obvious changes at first glance are:
Players now classed as midfielders:
Aubameyang (Arsenal) – price 12.0mln
Greenwood (Man Utd) – price 7.5mln
Rashford (Man Utd) – price 9.5mln
Lundstram (Sheff Utd) – price 5.5mln
Players now classed as forwards:
Richarlison (Everton) – price 8.0mln
Martial (Man Utd) – price 9.0mln
Antonio (West Ham) – price 6.5mln
New players:
Midfielders:
Ziyech (Chelsea) – price 8.0mln
Forwards:
Werner (Chelsea) – price 9.5mln

Brewster to go out on loan rumour. Could be a cheap bench striker option for a 3-5-2 setup if it happens

Not for me. I am between
Bruno/Antonio and
Ziyech/Martial at present
Bruno keeps delivering everywhere he plays (penalty or not).
Rashford, on the other hand, has been very poor and wasteful after his injury. Based on his current form, definitely avoid but keep an eye on him during pre-season and friendlies. I hope he leaves this behind, and picks up the pace!
I am taking Bruno over Rash. Pen taking a definite plus.
Bruno over Rash, but Greenwood over both at his price if he keeps his starting place!
Not for me. I’d even prefer Greenwood to Rash as long as they don’t get Sancho

I would like to get Matheus Pereira (WBA) intomy draft FPL team. However, he is not on the list of players on the FPL apps. At least i cant find him. he is supposed to be a midfielder. can anyone help.
He only got fully signed yesterday and FPL have not got him listed yet.GP reckons he will be 6.0 or 6.5.

Would you definitely have him over Saint Max?
Pereira yes,but I don’t know about Lallana being better than Saint.
i would. saint maxi had 3 goals and 5 assists. although, tbf, the premier league might be a little different for pereira.
Maybe I’ll drop Mitro and have both Perreira and SaintMax
Putting in Brewster as the 3rd striker as he is probably out on loan in the Prem. That leaves me a choice between Lallana and Saint-Maxim and Bamford to Mitro if Lallana stays or to Antonio if Saint comes in. 0.5 ITB. Or anything else?
Brewster I think will be good bench if he stays on prem (Villa, Newc, WBA). Elle warned me he might go back to Swansea tho.
I think he will go to the Prem club to continue his development.
If Origi goes then i think Brewster stays.
Staying at Liv to break into the first team is the kids preference but then he’ll get cameos and cup games which is no use to us.
if he goes to another prem club, will be a very good bench at 4.5!
