Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 12
Ten games this week, squeezed into an unusually thin two days.

In fact, eight of them are on Saturday…

We begin with the Ranieri derby, sans Claudio, as Leicester host Chelsea at 12.30pm.

As if by way of an apology / olive branch Jeff and co. then get a bumper six games to peruse over at 3pm. Albeit all the crap ones. Villa host Brighton, Palace go to Burnley, Newcastle welcome Brentford, Saints travel along the coast to Norwich (sort of…), Claudio himself welcomes Ole and West Ham go up to Wolves.

Liverpool and Arsenal see us out in the 5.30pm game at Anfield.

Just the two left on Sunday and we begin with Rafa trying to thwart Pep at 2pm. That is to say trying to restrict them to just 4 or 5 goals.

And then, almost as quick as it began, the GW leaves us with Spurs vs Leeds at 4.30pm.

And there it was gone.

  1. Had to pick between spending my money ITB on TAA or Vardy two weeks ago, I decided on Vardy. Ended up costing me 23 points yu
    At least Salah only picked up 8 points today so my captain Son has a decent chance of matching or beating it

  2. You’ve already got a good team bees and I don’t think those moves improve it greatly. At least sleep on it past the midweek. Make the moves now and you know FPL will throw a heap of red and yellow triangles at you.

  3. Got 2 ft’s and 0,2 itb… Don’t know what to do. Any suggestions? Cant waste a ft…

    • Nothing obvious. Davis or Locardia for Archer gets you 0.1 or get a keeper for Bachman

      • Foster is the keeper really, and he’s doing ok at the moment. Kind of had it with vardy but aint brave enough to sell him before the watford game. But really tempted on doing vardy to Mané somehow….

    • Probably sort your goalie out
      Guieta or Ramsdale.
      Also Keep an eye on Foden injury / Gametime?

    • Once Steele subs in for Sanchez I’ll be on 55 with Cancelo, Dias and Kane to go.

    • 71 (-4) with Cancelo and Kane left

    • On a deeply wounding -37. Triple-captained Maguire. Seemed a good idea. Just Pickford to come and hopefully save the GW.

      • I take it your name is not linked to your team Kralin, as they are on 57pts punish

        • I had hoped that ‘triple captained Maguire’ would alert people to the post’s satirical intention. I tend not to read too much into my team’s score until the GW is over.

        • For me it was the Pickford choice that did the trick Kralin wink

        • You must have smiled when you heard Watkins had scored, OddDane (as indeed I did when I heard about Toney). Are you planning to stick with Vardy? I must say a Vardy to Jiminez move tempts me.

          Took out Jimenez (oups..), but must admit it was a close call with Vardy. Leicester seem really out of sortsno. Will give him the Watford game I think, as I have a few others to change first (Havertz)

      StMax to Wilson was my -4 hit. Hurts

    • 66 with Son and Cancelo to go.

    • 56 (-4) with Cancelo, Foden, Raphina and Kane (c) to go, Dropping 100k places which didnt expect really

    • 63 (-4) with captain Kane to play.

    • I’ve got 62 with Cancelo and my power spurs double gamble to play.

    • Shame, I’ll miss him.

      I imagine most of the discussion was about who to replace him with. Or rather a lot of screaming about missing out on Conte.

      • Oh to be a fly on wall during that meeting.

      • I suspect some of them were surprised Conte is no longer available!

        • Wouldn’t surprise me if Fergie is back tomorrow. Scholes will be dusting off his boots again too if so.

        • They’ll be moving heaven and earth to get Zidane I think.

        • A ‘Mad’ Mick McCarthy and Keano combination is what that club needs I’d say.

          More seriously, they are in quite a pickle and have been very slow out of the blocks in terms of replacing him.
