With deadlines between GW’s almost running into each other this somewhat randomly placed and sprawling midweek fixture list always feels like it is simply placed here as a training vehicle ahead of what is about to come over Christmas.
With GW13 having only finished late on Sunday evening we are back at it already on Tuesday and this one goes through to Thursday night and then GW15 kicks off on Saturday. It’s a 2-6-2 split with Wednesday doing the heavy carrying.
Just the two on Tuesday then and we begin with a relegation 6-pointer as the worlds richest club (Newcastle) go head to head with the world yo-yo champions (Norwich) at 7.30pm. If that one hasn’t put you to sleep then Amazon are obviously hoping that you will then switch over to see the 2nd half of Leeds v Palace as they are stategically placed to kick off 45mins later at 8.15pm.
The oh-so-clever ploy continues on Wednesday with Saints/Leicester, Watford/Chelsea, West Ham/Brighton & Wolves/Burnley all in the early slot before you are forced to turn over to watch either Villa vs Man City or the Merseyside Massacre Derby.
We may have spotted the flaw in their plan on Thursday though… good luck getting either Spurs or Arsenal fans to tune in early or switch over later to watch their rivals as the former face Brentford and the latter go to Old Trafford. The rest of us will though, probably just for a laugh.

Well, I could have dodged the bullet but it’s early to say, Kane can still come up with a hatty
The forward scores are crazy this season…Dennis 2nd in table and not much clarity going forward
Hope this GW has been alright for everyone, I was close to making the mistake of betting against Salah again and captaining TAA, Alonso, or Kane, but glad I decided against it.
Would it be worth a -4 to do Son >> Jota and McArthur >> Bernardo Silva? And then next week I’m thinking of Kane >> Ronaldo, but will see how him and United are looking first.
Liverpool seem to have the best attack in the league and City also have excellent fixtures, and I feel Bernardo against Watford is very likely to make up the hit. Just a bit hesitant about selling Son before he plays Norwich, but he’s got nothing in the last 4 games (nor has Kane)
Normally, I wouldn’t advise you to do it but since you have both Kane and Son and you will have Spurs cover anyway, you could potentially go for it, especially if you think that Bernardo will make up for it.
That being said, I own Son and will see how he looks tomorrow. And tbh I will definitely give him the Norwich fixture as it’s one of the better fixtures to target in GW15. Then I will most likely sell him to fund a move for Ronaldo or split the funds elsewhere.

Idk how I do it but I always mistime my transfers. So since I did Reguilon to Alonso this week, and the latter rewarded me with a 1-pointer, I fully expect a goal and CS from the former tomorrow. #StoryOfMyFplLife
Will Kane captaincy work for me this week? Could be regretting taking the armband off Salah.

How are these moves for free?
Antonio and gallagher out for king/dennis and Bernardo silva?
And which of king or dennis? Dennis is provisional squad for afcon. Dennis more explosive, king better stats and on pk.
I see a few people moving away from Gallagher and am not sure if that is more about the last 2 games compared to the ones before.
I have both Gallagher and Silva and think the latter will get more points.
If for free then the moves are probably good.
