If rotation didn’t bite you too hard in midweek then it may do this weekend, but as we mentioned in the GW14 edition of this particular article, which nobody ever bothers to read anyway (if you do, say ‘xG is King’ in the comments), this is just a taster of what is to come in the weeks ahead. And perhaps a little reminder of why having a squad as fat as your turkey may be wise over Christmas.
We have 5 games on Saturday and West Ham welcome Chelsea in the early one at 12.30pm. At 3pm Burnley go to Newcastle to see how the other half live (same as them as it turns out), Saints and Brighton have a bit of a derby, and Wolves try to keep the score down against Liverpool. Watford then try (lol) to outscore Man City at the Vicarage in the late one at 5.30pm.
2pm on Sunday is fast becoming the new 3pm on Saturday as we have 3 games again (all seemingly untelevised) as Leeds host Brentford, Palace go to Man Utd and Spurs get angry against Norwich. No idea why they get angry, it just feels like they may have to.
The late one on Sunday sees Stevie G, of Liverpool fame, possibly giving Brendan, of nearly Liverpool fame, some slippery nightmares.
Everton and Arsenal bore us to death see us out on Monday at 8pm.

West Ham are looking like they have a real shout to make the top 4 this season over the likes of Arsenal, United, and Spurs
Also, I’m fearing a blank from my Liverpool assets after I took a hit to get in Jota, and as so often happens the player I sold (Son in this case) will haul. I had a strong feeling this was the week to go against Salah, but I wasn’t brave enough to captain Bilva or Kane after it’s backfired every time so far

Watford v Man City
KdB still injured or is he slowly being passed?
I believe he is not really injured, but have covid (serious type with no taste, blurred vision). Since then he is recovering and apparently not match fit. For medical conditions, City will bring him in slowly.

Thats now 15 points lost in the last second of a game in 3 gws for mw. Mccarthy goes from 8 to 3..dias and cancelo lose a combined 10 pts recently conceding a last second goal.

An absolute terrible season just gets worse. just cant any break.
You have brought it a bit on yourself, Reg. I have some memories of your being dismissive of Salah at the beginning, and so on. You need to be more patient and try to think long-term and remember it’s the score after 38 weeks that matters, not what happened today etc.
If you got yourself a grav I guarantee you’ll rise at least 250k places. Trust me.

Being an astute observer of the game of football, I can with reasonable confidence say that it is a difficult game for them ‘Orns. Yes indeed, I do believe they in fact lose.
They should cherish kicking off at this rate as that’s the only touches they are getting.
