After the excitement of yet another DGW we are back to your run of the mill bog standard fare this week with 10 games, beginning on Saturday and finishing on Monday.
Saturday begins with a battle of the billionaires as Man City welcome Newcastle at 12.30pm.
There are then five 3pm games with Arsenal hosting Bournemouth, Palace going to Villa, Brigton v West Ham, Chelsea v Leeds and Wolves v Spurs. Saints and Leicester see us out at 5.30pm.
Just the two on Sunday then with Forest v Everton in a big 6-pointer at 2pm and then the old classic of Liverpool v Man Utd at 4.30pm.
Brentford and Fulham then conclude our GW at 8pm on Monday.

I imagine a few others took Salah out on their WC, right?!!…
Woe is me – was decided to hold off on WC till after GW 26 and give Salah and Darwin another chance – = a loss of 31 pts from them alone, compared with Sakai + Toney. I feared the worst doing a hasty WC on Friday night and now I feel gutted. Have risen by about 100k spots, but when I think how much it could have been if I had held on and not panic WC’d!
On wards and ‘upwards’! As Mandela said, ‘I never lose – either I win or I learn’! Wise words indeed!
In fact I just looked on LiveFPL, and I am only down 10 pts for the moment, with Tony and Pinnock to come – there is promise in the air to recuperate some of the lost Liverpool points. Above all setting up the tteam for the future I guess.

If only I had been party to that conversation! Was on hols withe the fame and listening to podcasts early in the morning. Didn’t follow my intuition. But LiveFPL says I’m due a rise of around 150k after subs (Ward for Sanchez) so that’s pretty good (downright amazing!). Cheers HF!

I was thinking about selling Salah, now not so sure.
what is done is done, Liverpool players are not going to change over night into FPL superheros, they have been useless all season.
Hi guys. As someone who woke up hungover and missed the deadline by 2 minutes I was relieved my team actually did quite well with Salah Darwin ect. I do intend to wildcard but not sure now or maybe a wc tinker. With my 2 Liverpool assets I’m considering playing them until the blank. But obviously I’m not set up for the doubles rolling my team. Any ideas? Looking at my team for next week looks great on paper but won’t have Brentford or Brighton players. I do have 2ft mind.
