Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 8
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 8.
These GW’s get earlier and earlier. We begin this one with a 4pm deadline on Friday as Brighton and Burnley go all Box Office on us. Ever that hardy and all that… The late game is at 8pm as Southampton begin life sans Danny Ings against Newcastle.
Saturday sees the now normal succession of games beginning at 12.30pm with Everton hosting Man United and ending at about 10pm as West Ham and Fulham do battle in the late one (8pm KO). In between Palace and Leeds occupy the 3pm slot and Sheffield United go to Chelsea at 5.30pm.
It’s another marathon on Sunday as West Brom and Spurs kick us off at 12pm, Leicester host Wolves at 2pm, it’s the biggie at 4.30 pm as Pep welcomes Jurgen before Arsenal and Villa welcome in the International Break at 7.15pm.
The games in full…

Leicester City v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Looks like Kilman has nailed that spot for now. Saiss sits on the bench once again.
Spurs seemed to be operating like a well-oiled machine with Son & Kane. The addition of Bale appears to have thrown a spanner into the works. Bale doesn’t seem to add much to the team except as an overpaid backup when Kane needs a rest & if he should be injured. Spurs seem out of sorts with hin in the libeup.
When I saw the lineup this was my first thought too. I’m sure Spurs will still score though.
Yes, if this is the XI going forward I think I may have to think about moving Kane out soon. Son is the engine that seems to run the squad & he has the pace and energy to always be in the play. The problem is who to bring in when i make the change.
Kane being on penalties I reckon will make me keep him.
Vardy has a great run from GW10.
As does Jesus
Not even happy with that 1 goal, playing the worst defensive team in the league was hoping for double digits
I’ll happily take the one goal. Was looking like a blank
I mean now that the game is over better then a blank. Had spurs -2 in my acca and thought it was a cert
I went for 0-5 :laugh2:
Even that wasn’t a bad call Ivan lol
Gavy, I think it’s because everyone joined us this week to captain him. At least we have been consistent for the last few rounds
Now watch your boy Salah outscore him :hippo:
I know Smash, that has been always the case. When Kane goes quiet with just a goal, Salah is bound to score at least a brace.
Very happy with that goal and bonus points. Not gonna complain at all.
Kaannneeeeeeeeer
At least Kane, my capo, scored. Jose, the famed genius guru, I think has turned a good Spurs squad into one that is medicore by the addition a player who has added nothing of value so far. Son & Kane are the mainstays & Bale is a minus.

Time for a Podence haul!

he is quiet B which is always a risk with Traore around
