And so we are back… and straight into the madness of Christmas week FPL-stylie. We may have a gameweek fewer than normal this time around but it is no less hectic with the small matter of 30 games in 11 days, with another added on for a DGW19 on the 12th.
Now we appreciate that we have just had an extended break with the World Cup but this is such a busy time for many personally, and the gameweeks often literally run into one another, so you will have to fend for yourselves a bit for the next couple of weeks. The deadlines are as follows:
GW17 11am Monday 26th December
GW18 6.15pm Friday 30th December
GW19 4pm Monday 2nd January

I would go Digne home to Wolves, Just because i think he has the best chance of a CS and he’s good for an assist here and there, Then Castagne, i think Fulham will get a goal, but a chance of attacking returns going forward, Then White, Newcastle on fire at the moment and not much hope of attacking returns from him

Mitro captain – with the risk of a yellow card, Andreas, or Haaland?
We have to decide very soon. Ref for the Fulham game think will be Darren Bond and he gives YC for fun. Should we stay with tried and tested Haaland
thats the worry Ivan. If we give him the armband, and he gets the YC, he doesnt play 2nd game.
Well, on the other hand he could score in both games. Done it against Arsenal, Spurs and pool. Chelsea will be ready for Haaland and might not be his day this time.
its only 2 games i suppose. if he misses one, hey ho.
plus, we would get half Haaland points if others captained him.
Other players might make those points up (would need to with lack of Pool players!!)
That’s true. Whatever happens, it shouldn’t be a big damage.
