Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweeks 17-19

And so we are back… and straight into the madness of Christmas week FPL-stylie. We may have a gameweek fewer than normal this time around but it is no less hectic with the small matter of 30 games in 11 days, with another added on for a DGW19 on the 12th.

Now we appreciate that we have just had an extended break with the World Cup but this is such a busy time for many personally, and the gameweeks often literally run into one another, so you will have to fend for yourselves a bit for the next couple of weeks. The deadlines are as follows:

GW17 11am Monday 26th December
GW18 6.15pm Friday 30th December
GW19 4pm Monday 2nd January

  1. 44 minutes, Brentford scored 4 goals with Wissa hatty and 2 of them are cancelled by VAR due to offside. What happened to POOL? …totally going worse to worst.

    • I knew this game wouldn’t be a walk in the park for pool but they are really poor. Expect a couple more from Brentford yes

    • They would have lost to Leicester too were it not for an outstanding performance by faes laugh

  2. I am going to sell Nunez………total useless.

    • I did already for – 4 to mitro and c him.
      Will probably now sell salah to kdb for – 4 too after last week i did the reverse.

    I knew I should have benched Salah!

    • The problem is if we have him we just have to play him

    • Salah has been terrible. Absolutely terrible.

      • Could just be time to get rid. I know he got 12 points a couple of gws ago but for that money he needs to be performing consistently. The money could be spent much better elsewhere

        • Problem is kdb poor too. And spurs and kane look terrible too. May just have to get kdb on account of the dgw.

        • where can it be spent though? I got rid of KdB to bring in Kane, both are useless really, I have this team for next GW with £1.8m ITB and nobody to spend it on!

      • I stupidly decided to bring in Salah for KdB on a one week punt. I am regretting it now.

        • Only stupid in hindsight. Kdb hasn’t exactly been setting the world on fire recently

  4. Quick question. If Mitro gets booked tonight, wouldn’t his 1 game ban be used up in the Cup game Saturday or is it competition specific??

  5. For fucks sake. Missed another deadline? There was a game yesterday? This competition is crazy…. Thought it was upcoming Friday. sad FCK. Entire season fcked in 1 week. Was top 100k… probably outside 500k soon. sad Also missed the chance on doing 2 ft’s. FCK!

      • Friday the 13th apparently with an early deadline, so watch out.
