And so we are back… and straight into the madness of Christmas week FPL-stylie. We may have a gameweek fewer than normal this time around but it is no less hectic with the small matter of 30 games in 11 days, with another added on for a DGW19 on the 12th.
Now we appreciate that we have just had an extended break with the World Cup but this is such a busy time for many personally, and the gameweeks often literally run into one another, so you will have to fend for yourselves a bit for the next couple of weeks. The deadlines are as follows:
GW17 11am Monday 26th December
GW18 6.15pm Friday 30th December
GW19 4pm Monday 2nd January

Hello everyone. I have two ideas for my 2 FT. Which would be better you think?
Option #1
Option #2
Option #1 – Aurier + Mahrez in.
Cancello + Hall out.
Option #2 – Kane + Lewis in.
Cancello + Darwin out.
I like option 2, with Kane coming in, but I also have Cancelo + Darwin, and I think that I’m keeping for the time being. I’d feel weird changing Cancelo for the DGW – but will probably change before GW 23 if necessary. Lewis does seem rather enticing, but might opt for an attacker in the future if I decide to trade him (like Alvarez or Mahrez).
But for you, I think option 2 is the best, as it’d be great to have all those premiums!

Kane is on 4 yellow cards. If he picks a fifth vs Arsenal, will he be suspended for the City game?
For Spurs the Arsenal game will be 19th for this seson and rules state that after player has played 19 games the YC are reset to 0
This is off the FA website, it says the cut off point is up to and including the 19th game, so if he gets 1 he’s suspended for the next Premier game
He would be suspended for the next FA sanctioned game, like Mitro last week.
It includes the 19th game.
OK, it will be a risk but equally risky if don’t have him.
Believe or not, him Saka and Saliba could have avoided suspension if any of them had a red card in the last games.

What about Andreas > Mahrez & Cancelo > Shaw for a -4pts then play 3-5-2 with Mitro on the bench?
To bring in Mahrez I would need to do the Cancelo move as well.
I can do Ream to Stones for another -4pts as well
Mahrez is always risky, could be great but I worry. May be Eriksen or Bruno? Man Utd d have decent fixtures from GW22 as well.
Is my starting line up/bench the correct order?
What do you think of Walker? Don’t want a 1 or 2 pt from him and scared to miss out as well.
I would play Walker for Botman and Martinelli for Mitro.
In my post above I am thinking of benching Mitro for a 3-5-2
Would probably play Marti over Mitro. Not sure Walker plays both and fixtures not so great, would be tempted to stick with Botman.

Yep would seem so, especially if you could fund it by parting with James. Anything ITB?
