And so we are back… and straight into the madness of Christmas week FPL-stylie. We may have a gameweek fewer than normal this time around but it is no less hectic with the small matter of 30 games in 11 days, with another added on for a DGW19 on the 12th.
Now we appreciate that we have just had an extended break with the World Cup but this is such a busy time for many personally, and the gameweeks often literally run into one another, so you will have to fend for yourselves a bit for the next couple of weeks. The deadlines are as follows:
GW17 11am Monday 26th December
GW18 6.15pm Friday 30th December
GW19 4pm Monday 2nd January

Thinking just making a temporary move from Andréas to Casemir for the DGW (it’s a punt) before moving him on at some stage to maybe Martinelli before the Arsenal DGW (or getting N’Ketiah, but I’ll see in a couple of GWs’ time), playing a 3-5-2, and trying my luck with Darwin and Cancelo for the time being!
Just putting it out there! Uninteresting though ‘t may be!

Have you any thoughts about binning Kepa ? Chelski are shite at the moment and are conceding for fun, Ederson/Pope maybe. In a 3/5/2 formation which forward are you benching ?
I have him too Elle, not really sure I have the moves to bin him off a DGW coming up but certainly in a few weeks I will be assessing for Sanchez or Pope.
Probably in a couple of weeks.
Maybe change back to Pope one of these days. Gonna bench Mitro this weekend and go for a last gasp punt on Darwin! Cheerio!

I have Salah and was thinking of dropping him for KdB but I don’t know if there is anything to be gained, KdB has been doing nothing, less than Salah.
It’s a tough one for everyone, myself have pretty much the same team as you but am really thinking about Andreas to Mahrez and playing 3-5-2 dropping Mitro to the bench,
Cheers Term. Yeah, I’m leaning towards option 1 but that gets me right back into Pep roulette so maybe I just sit tight and avoid the -4. Who knows right now.
What is everyone doing with Cancelo for DGW?
Not sure why Pep keeps benching him unless there is a fitness issue.
I have no other choice but to downgrade him to Stones, the only way to bring in Kane for Mitro.
At the moment have the exact dosh for that but if any prices change by Thursday night will have to settle with Ake or Akanji, even Lewis is an option for further savings.
That said, ain’t doing anything until then as 7 PL teams have games tonight and tomorrow in the EFL and we could end up with other issues.
I don’t know what the issue is but I’m holding him through the DGW.
