Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweeks 17-19

And so we are back… and straight into the madness of Christmas week FPL-stylie. We may have a gameweek fewer than normal this time around but it is no less hectic with the small matter of 30 games in 11 days, with another added on for a DGW19 on the 12th.

Now we appreciate that we have just had an extended break with the World Cup but this is such a busy time for many personally, and the gameweeks often literally run into one another, so you will have to fend for yourselves a bit for the next couple of weeks. The deadlines are as follows:

GW17 11am Monday 26th December
GW18 6.15pm Friday 30th December
GW19 4pm Monday 2nd January

    Good to go, or make any changes?
    I’d love to bring Kulu into the starting XI but I dont know if he will be fit enough to start.
    I will of course me making Haaland captain, Rashford vice.

    • Nothing pressing that I can see Rougeblood but it would be a shame to lose a transfer by doing nothing.

    • I hate when my attacking players are playing against my defenders so maybe swap in Nketiah and / or Bueno for Andreas and / or Mitrovic.

      • Cheers Jamie, wasnt quite set on lineup will more than likely play Nketiah over Andreas, but yeah thats the thing I dont see an urgant need to make a move but feel I have too

    • What about Andreas to Willock so that you don’t lose the transfer.

    • As you have to use 1, something like Walker to Ake or Kepa to DDG? Mitro to Martial is also an option? Or if you like more doublers Salah and Mitro to Kane and Eriksen.

  5. I went with this before Cancelo dropped in price, for Shaw and Andreas for Mahrez for a -4pts.

  6. Cancelo starting today. Wonder how many minutes he gets.

    • Maybe it doesn’t matter as they have given away 2 goals to Southhampton. Thinking seriously about a -4 to move Cancelo to Shaw.

      Wonder if that’s a good or a bad news unknw

    • Cancelo has been awful. A sell for sure.

    • I have the exact dosh to do Cancelo/Mitro↔Stones/Kane.
      Has to be done tonight as Harry’s price is going up for sure.

      • Sounds like a good plan Ivan. Wish I had a MC def but it would mean a hit, so passing. Have Walker but no confidence he will start.
