Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2017-18 Part 2
Part two of our GABO series sees three more of our writing team come to the party and attempt to tackle the same questions that Mito, Init and Kop answered. Again, they need little introduction as all three are very well known to you all as they are always seen on site commenting, helping or advising. Or recommending Dusan Tadic or Aaron Mooy.
Leading the pack is Gallant Pioneer. GP, as he is more commonly known to us is having the season of his life and is set fair for his best ever FPL ranking. Yet he is always willing to help others and write when called upon. Oh. And he loves Dusan Tadic.
Rosco is one of our resident Geordies but is most loved for his gravatar of Flash from Dukes of Hazard. He’s a great lad, offers advice to all who ask and has a great footballing brain… for a Newcastle fan. But we love him most because of Flash. You will later too, one of those images you will never get of your mind again… two men in a shower with a dog. And another sat on a chair watching. Or something along those lines. Read on…
Bringing up the rear is Liverpool fan (how ironic) Matt. Despite some strange Captain recommendations, Matt is another consistent performer and like GP, could well be on course for a best ever FPL ranking.
Let’s get down to business and see what today’s panel have in store for us…

Cracking article as always fellas, love these!
Brighton two nil up so that’s Man City v Brighton scrubbed from 31.
WBA have 18 shots on Soton?!?! Anyone watching? Seems absolutely bonkers from that team…
And Init, I just noticed GMac is playing
Now 21 shots…
Suppose that’s what u get with a bunch of taxi drivers
Watched the second half not many of those shots where on target :P. But they should have scored at least one more goal
As were 3 other CB’s. Which may explain why they lost Sad to say I won’t be touching GMac again this season!
Not that I have so far this season.
As in ‘owned him’, not ‘touched him’.
Not that I’ve done that either
Although would happily have done so a few times last season
Oh dear that brings “G-Mac scored” to a whole other level.
Gmac was in my team last season won’t touch any wba defender this season since my mistake with Hegazi :p
Well, well, so WBA-B´mouth is on for gw31.
Happy days!
Tracker Updated on the article above and all other places it usually shows up on.
Games on in 31 –
Bournemouth v West Bromwich Taxis
Stoke v Everton
Liverpool v Watford
Huddersfield v Palace or West Ham v Man Utd will join them in a bit.
That’s pretty it then. Spurs v Newcastle will be decided tomorrow but yeah……
Cheers Init
Cmon Huddersfield!
I’d rather see Palace v Huddersfield go ahead
I have no personel from those, thus the Terriers cheer. It could cause some DDG/Jones havoc – which I’d like – but I have purchased Alexis Sanchez two weeks back.
Looks like you’ll have a very expensive sub in 31 then
I’ve got Mili so hoping Palace play
We’ll all have Mili by then Kop
But I already have him
Good for you. Spurs, Utd and Chelsea first
My capo for all 3 😉
United up 1-0 very early but Huddersfield look very good, all the possession at the moment.
Shaping up to be a good game.
Looks like Wilson and Daniels could be good options for next 4 GWs.
Btw Brighton are still in the cup.
Leicester away and Spurs home in GW29 and 30 aren’t great fixtures but GW28 and GW31 definitely are.
Might just bring in Wilson for 31 myself.
Isn’t that why their game is tagged as OFF? Did I miss something? Shout and I’ll amend if it’s wrong.
Hi Initt,
Second column FA Cup 5th Round Brighton should be won not out
Ah yeah, ok. Cheers.
Looks like VAR has been on the piss!
Is that autocorrect for Silvers?
