Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2017-18 Part 2

The International break is here and it is of course time for yet another edition of Bore Off! As ever during the international break we take the time to catch up with some of our site regulars, ask them how their seasons are going and get their thoughts on some key issues that we all want answers to. And then of course ask them some stupid questions that we all really don’t want answers to but are too intrigued to look away. We have already caught up with 3 of them but such was the clamour to be involved this week we have a bonus ‘part 2’. And so we are delighted to be joined by Serendipity, Milburn and Footy Fantastic (Guy) for part 2.

Hahaha love the image!! Thanks again to everyone for their efforts here. Great read once again.

Milburn, we have to have more details about this First Dates appearance! Surely there’s a video somewhere?! 😉

Wasn’t quite the one we wanted but we have a serious apathy issue apparently, the less said the better  The original intended one is below.

And yes, come on Milbs! Need full disclosure on that nugget! smile

Haha it was a nightmare, pretty lass but they stitched me right up. After a few glasses of wine I went for a quick number 1 and when I came back the lass said, in her best Vicky Pollard voice “Have ya just been for a shite like”. 😯
It takes a lot to shut me up but I was speechless haha.
The small clip that got shown was her saying she’s 5ft something and a half.
      “A half?” I said.
      “Every inch counts”
      to which I replied “that’s what I’ve heard” 😎

I would’ve thought you’d have been used to the lass’ talking that that in your neck of the woods 😉 some of my best nights out have been in Newcastle!

        • Milburn says:

Haha well despite what the big market might have you believe, not all of the lasses up here walk around with kebab hanging out there mouth.

Geordie shore has a lot to answer for!!

        • banjomaker says:

My personal experiences came long before Geordie shore! Hey, who am I to take the piss… have you ever been to Pompey?! Geordie women are great, albeit a little scary. You’d never get a southern bird come and chat you up and buy you a pint!!!

Ha ha no I’ve not had the pleasure, but if I ever do you’ll have to be my tour guide!!

We should really set up a 247 meet up, it would be amazing, we could all talk about FPL non stop without the usual blank stares as we wax lyrical about our true love!

Another brilliant insight into that minds of some of our favourite FPLers. Bravo all.

Milburn, the “Spurs” “Tottenham” thing keeps me awake at night. I can’t get that one at all. So annoying. Why not also just “Palace” then?
