Grab, Avoid or Bore off!

Welcome to another installment of Grab, Avoid or Bore off for the 2015-16 season. No better time to put out a semi-helpful article, as we start getting into the tough weeks. You can no longer get away with flying by the seat of your pants (finger pointed firmly at you Mitro) with blanks and double game-weeks, and the chips starting to get used by those that still have them. For long, many have believed that a lot of the higher ranked players are there more by fluke than anything. So as we head down the stretch expect the managers with well thought out plans to start climbing up the overall, so if them managers were truly fluky they will be exposed. So with that in mind, we hope the 3 Amigos of mediocrity can help a little, even if it is by pure chance that they call one right this season.

  1. Got 3 Spurs players for GW30 against Villa. 3 Leicester against the Geordies. Nearly a full team as well with 9 so far.. Wouldn’t have thought that when the draw came out. Couple of transfers and good to go if the Gooners can’t beat Hull.

    so the team with a BlankGW30 are
    Liverpool (Firmino)
    Chelsea (Azpi,Costa)
    West Ham (Payet,Creswell,Antonio???)
    Everton (Barkley,Lukaku,Deulofeu)
    Crystal Palace (Ward,Hennesey,Souare)
    Man United (Darmian,De Gea,Rooney???)
    Watford (Igloo)
    Sunderland (PVA)

    Arsenal West Brom not decided yet

  3. Just when it seemed like GW30 was gonna be interesting…now it’s just gonna be another boring GW!!!

  4. Evening, games that are 100% on in gw 30 are:-
    Norwich v Citeh.
    Villa v Spurs.
    Bournemouth v Swansea.
    Stoke v Soton.
    Leicester v Newcastle.
    1 game to still be decided is Arse v WBA.
    As Kop states, its just going to bo a usual boring gw.

    • I only have 6 playing but time to sort it out…… I guess most will play 9 minimum so not quite the mad week we were expecting

    • Currently got 9 playing in GW30! This might turn out quite well!

      GW34 Is going to have some tasty fixtures if that does turn out to be a DGW!

      • Agreed….. focus moving to gw34 now. I really want to play triple captain chip in 34 so as to keep wc and bench boost for gw36/37. Dont mind putting in 14/15 double game weekers with only 38 to go but not keen on that kind of disruption for 33/34. Could be a balance between fielding a team in 27 and keeping potential doubles for 34

      • DGW34 isn’t going to be a walk in the park as a number of teams will blank in GW35! smile

    GW30 blanks teams are –

    Chelsea
    Palace
    Everton
    Liverpool
    Man United
    Sunderland
    Watford
    Payet

    Arsenal v West Brom will disappear also if Arsenal beat Hull in the replay which sounds like it will be 8th March.

    If Man Utd somehow beat Shrewsbury tomorrow then their game vs West Ham in GW35 is defo off.
