We felt that any usual stand alone article may be somewhat redundant this week, given the ‘obviousness’ of the Spurs DGW; do we really need to tell you that Spurs have a double this week and that Palace blank (that’s the Fixtures article done), or that your captain will 80% be Kane or 20% Son (Capos article done), or that you should probably buy some of the aforementioned (Tips done). No, we don’t. So instead we decided to probe some FPL minds on a range of wider issues, with a small eye on the above topics.

    What should I do here?

    • Gundo/Raph and Stones to Son and Coady (if it works).

  2. GM, good people!

    Fighting for better OR and top spot in my main ML (respectively 50 and 40 points behind). Some decisions here:

    1) 1 FT, 0.1 M. I don’t think I can find a way to bring Son in, so it comes down to this:

    – Bam to Nacho (and bench Dawson or Gundo?)
    – Gundo to Podence/Moura (straight swap)
    – Cancelo to Coady (straight swap)
    – combo from above for -4

    2) Starting XI and bench after the transfer?

    3) Martinez or Sanchez?

    • Bam to nacho
      Starting 11 leave out jota for nacho on a 352
      Martinez for more save points??

    • Gundo to Moura for me. I see him getting 90+ minutes

      • I like the 11 the way it is. Jota and Liverpool only have the league now

    • 1) Bam to Nacho.
      2) Bench Cancelo or Gündo (and play Nacho).
      3) I’ve got the same problem. I’m on Sanchez at the mo.

    • Bamford to Nacho, then play him ahead of Dawson to play a 3-5-2. You’d then have a bench of Dawson, Watkins and Konsa. I’d also play Martinez out of those two.

    Am I gtg? Have 1ft and 0itb but thinking of holding it for next GW. Don’t think I can get son in easily for this week and nothing else obvious shouts out

  4. Morning guys, 0itb and 1ft. Planning to roll my transfer with a view to bring in TAA next week by potentially downgrading Son & Dias. Have I got the best starting XI? Bench order ok? Cheers

    • Two very good choices on the bench there in Coady and Holding but can’t honestly say that it’s incorrect. Although I would fancy Villa to score so the only thing I would edge would be Dias out for Coady. Maybe….

    • As GP said, Coady over Dias looks the best switch. Sheffield have only scored 3 goals in their 9 games.

    Am I gtg here. I’m still thinking of bringing in Lloris for a hit, and may just do it.

    • I would start Watkins ahead of Raphinha I think.

      If you want to get Lloris then go for it.

    • Personally don’t think I would do it for a bit even though it’s a double. Spurs defense hasn’t been great of late
