Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2018-19
Usually when we ask our writing team to come forth for an International Break GABO we see tumbleweeds in abundance, and little sign of actual writers. This time however, for whatever reason, they were literally scrambling over each other to get involved. So much so that we have no less than two episodes of GABO to bring you in the break this time. We’ve decided to split them based upon perceived personality traits; Glass Half Full & Glass Half Empty. We say perceived personality traits… it was actually based solely on their original answers on WhatsApp to our request for entrants. Funnily enough, it was unerringly accurate.
First up then we have AT, Swirly and Rosco. AT and Swirly’s answers were very similar; when would you like it done by? As you’d expect. Rosco’s answer was a ‘brown thumb’…. which we took to mean a positive sign, others took it… well, we shall leave that to your own imagination.

Would appreciate some thoughts on my team this week. Thinking of taking a -4 to do Salah and Bamba >> Sterling (TC candidate) and Azpilicueta to bring in some more DGWers. Unfortunately my lack of long term planning means this would leave me with 7 players for the blank, one of which is Billing! Could take a -4 next week to have 9 players in total, or even WC next week? Would these moves make sense or can you think of anything better for me to do this week?

These moves make sense to me.
You’re not in a bad shape at all actually given you’re FH-less! Even for GW33, being able to field 8 without hits is quite good I think, and these are good players.
I like those moves and you look in a decent enough position there. Vardy has a great fixture
Thanks guys, I’m think I’ll be fine for BGW33 with a hit since I’ll be selling my City assets so I’ll have a lot of money to play around with, and then WC GW34 to prepare for bench boost in GW 35 (pretty generic chip strategy). How many DGW players do you guys have?
