Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW31

Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW31. We’re back with a hattrick of results, the up-to-date league table and another round of fixtures for you to sink your predictive teeth into!

GW28

GW28 turned into something of a tight affair. There was a three-way tie for the top spot with AJW, Ivan and Sherlock all finishing on 15 pts. To the tie-breaker, we went! Sherlock was the first to fall, he was 50 minutes off the correct time leaving us with two. In an H&L first, both AJW and Ivan were both 46 minutes away from the correct time… this means the tie-breaker was not able to any breaking and so we have two winners! Congrats to both AJW and Ivan!

GW29

GW29 was another tight affair but thankfully this time we did get an outright winner! Ivan was in amongst it for the second week in a row with a mighty 17pts but COYS matched him with 17pts of his own – oh what drama!. To the tie-breaker once more! Ivan was just 3 minutes off the correct time but COYS went 1 better with his – just 2 minutes away! So COYS wins by a whisker! Congrats COYS and so close Ivan! LoudAtlas picks up third with an admirable 16pts.

GW30

There was no messing around this week as DenPerryDidIt grabbed the top-spot with with a whopping 20 pts! He was one of the few people who managed to correctly guess two FGS in the FA cup games which helped propel him to the top this week. Second place was Elderzadi with 18pts(thanks to also getting two FGS correct) and finally in third was our very own Swirly, WhoIsRonaldo and M.Salah who all finished with 16pts; again thanks to the correct guessing of two FGS!

And so; Many Congratulations to Ivan, AJW, COYS and DenPerryDidIt. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize.

League table

After weeks of holding on to the top spot, I’ve finally been knocked off my perch! Well played to M Salah who now has a healthy lead and with just 9 weeks to go it could be too much for me, or anyone else to cut down.. . but you never know!

THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… Scoring couldn’t be simpler:
Correct Score = 3 points
Correct result = 1 point
Correct First Goalscorer of the game-week = 5 points

(to clarify this is who you think will score the 1st goal of the entire GW, not just in any game you choose to pick yourself!)

(Points are awarded on an ‘either/or’ basis, so you’ll either score 3 points for a Correct Score or 1 point for a Correct Result, these are never added together for a 4 point score.)

Tie-Breaker In the event that two or more members are tied as winners for the week the overall winner of the t-shirt will be decided by a tie-breaker. In order to do this, we ask that you also post your prediction of the time that the first goal of the week will be scored at. Nearest the pin wins.

The Rules… They are few; 1 entry per person and all entries must be submitted prior to the first game of the game-week. Kick-off this week comes on Saturday at 12:30 pm. Once all the games have been played, we’ll count up the scores and the winner(s) will be announced in the following week’s competition article and each week our winner will walk away with an FF247 branded t-shirt! ). So just to recap all you need to do is; – Copy and paste the fixtures from below and pop your score prediction on each. – Tell us who you think will be the first goal scorer of the week (and that can be from any game regardless of your other predictions) – Add in your time of the first goal of the week for any potential tie-breaker situation.

Here are the fixtures, best of luck to you all!
