Harry & Lloyd’s Predictions Competition

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW6

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW6 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW6. West Brom 0 Burnley 0. After 5 weeks we finally have our first 0-0 of the season, a glimmer of normality at long last. The weekend results as a whole did carry a semblance of this normality; a few 1-0 wins, a couple of 1-1 draws, so who knows, maybe things are finally settling down. Onto the results. This week our winner is Turbo who smashed in a whopping 15pts thanks in no small part in his prediction of Mane for FGS. He wasn’t the only one to do so, special shoutouts to Padster, Redmen and Sweetbluetoffee. However, it was our very own Matt with 14pts who snatched 2nd this week, so close my friend. Bringing up the rear in 3rd place were Hammerfan, Mosc, Sarri-ball and RafflesH...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW5

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW5 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW5. It’s just getting silly now. The Manchester and Liverpool results in GW4 proved once again how increasingly difficult this predicting lark is this season, more so than ever before. It was another low scoring week which is no real surprise. Sarriball was the only one to correctly predicted Chilwell as the first goalscorer which netted him 10pts and top-spot for the week. Loud Atlas grabbed a strong 9pts but they were only enough to see him slot into second. Third place was shared by too many to mention who all grabbed 8pts. And so; Many Congratulations to Sarriball. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize. THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… S...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW4

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW4 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW4. Football has changed, it was inevitable really. The lack of fans has meant home advantage is no longer such an important factor, 6 away wins in 10 fixtures this weekend only serves to strengthen that belief. We already had VAR to contend with, throw in the new rules with regards to handballs in the box ‘ and our beautiful game’ is fast becoming anything but. If you’re doing well in this competition well done, but let’s be honest, when it comes to predicting the actual scores, you’re just as likely to get it right if you roll a dice. Amongst all this madness it’s perhaps unsurprising that once again our chief mischief-maker Mito is leading the charg...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW3

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW3 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW3. The staples for a good week in this competition are lots of 2-1 and 1-1 all results. No surprise then that a game week that saw two 5-2 results and no less than five away wins resulted in a low-scoring week. Indeed, only 6 people out of 70 entrants broke into double-digit territory. Our very own master of mischief Mito topped the scoring with a whopping 14pts, closely followed by Perun (12pts) with a tie in third for Ko Nay and Newo who both picked up 11pts. And so; Many Congratulations to Mito. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize. THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… Scoring couldn’t be simpler: Correct Score = 3 points Correct result = 1 point...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW2

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW2 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW2. In a game that Aubamayang scored, Willian got a hattrick of assists then of course, Lacazette got the first goal, that’s how these things go. Sadly only two managers had their crystal balls shined to the max, well done to Treacle and Bejo for doing things many others simply could not. It was in no small part that those 5pts gained are what ultimately seen Treacle take the top spot this week with 12pts, closely followed by the aforementioned Bejo with a tidy 11pts. Behind both were AllanBrallan and Offalymartin who finishing on 9 points. And so; Many Congratulations to Treacle. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize. Overall table THIS WEEK...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions Season Wrap Up Hello and welcome to the final Harry and Lloyd’s of the 2019/20 season. On to the winners! GW35 Newo notched 12pts and top-spo...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW36+,GW37+,GW38+

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW36+,GW37+,GW38+ Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW36+,GW37+,GW38. The end is nigh. Not it an end of days kind of way, although given recent global events it’s probably best to be clear on that. No sooner has the league resumed it’s almost time to bring it to an end. The games have come thick and fast and it’s been great that so many of you have stayed engaged, so first of we’d like to thank you for that! This is our final predictions ‘article’ but we will, of course, bring a final results article out come the end of the season, but we’re not there yet. Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW33+,GW34+,GW35+ Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW33+,GW34+,GW35. GW30+ Winner is RafflesHotspur on 11 pts, it went down to the wire but his 31st minute (first goal prediction) was the closest to the (45+2) opener. Init, JamieMc and SweetBlueToffee also finished with 11 pts – awesome sauce! GW31+ Winner is M.Salah on 14 pts, again his prediction of the 33rd minute was closest to the 64th minute f...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+GW31+GW32+

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+ Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+GW31+GW32+. We love a good prediction here at Harry and Lloyd’s but even we didn’t see a Global Pandemic on the horizon. As the country began closing down, football held on for just a few days and then that like the rest of the country went into lockdown too. For a while, it seemed that perhaps it would not return, but it’s back, and we have a whole load of football to look forward to. With 9 game weeks in just under 6 weeks, it’s going to busier than Kyle Walker during a lockdown, so enough of the chit chat. As you can see from the headline this article covers the first 3 weeks of fixtures. As always, you can either make predictions for all fixtures in one ...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30. DGW29 (or GW29 as it turned out) will be remembered for all the wrong reasons it seems. For every team with a Mane VC and Lundstram 12-pointer off the bench, there are the poor sods who played their Free Hit or worse; took hits to bring in City and Arsenal players. Sad times, but let’s keep perspective here. Thankfully, over at H&L we remain unaffected with the City v Arsenal fixture never part of this conversation, that doesn’t mean we don’t care. We were just ahead of our time… Normal service was resumed in the Saturday fixtures of GW29. We kicked off with one of our most popular results; a classic 2-1, and followed that up with a trio of 1-0’s,...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW29

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW29 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW29. Suprise results for Norwich and Watford turned our predictions competition on its head, with many posting a grand total of zero points as they headed into the Sunday fixtures. As expected, it was a low scoring GW, probably the lowest across the history of running this competition. Luckily, there were a few who were able to navigate the unpredictable. RedRobbo took top-spot with an impressive 10pts, 2nd place was a tie between PM and Bhandrex Bhajiegoer both finishing on what seems like a massive 7pts this week. Also worth a mention, things are hotting up at the top of the table with top-spot shared between Leprechaun, Tornado and our very own Smash all on 227, a special mention als...[Read More]
