Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Predictions GW16

We have 3 week’s of resutls to get through so lets jump straight into it!

GW13 – It was nice and simple in GW13 with 3 clear podium spots. sweetbluetoffee Like all our winners correctly guessed the FGS, this resulted in a 13pt return and enough for third place. Our very own Jamie Mc went one better with 14pts in second, but out in front with a solid 15pts and this week’s winner, we have PM!

GW14 – Things were not so clear cut in GW14, where we had Albox, Tekno-kun, WhoIsRonaldo, mahelmy, fotisbaxes, MBD and RafflesHotspur all finishing with 7pts in third. Next up, with 8pts, we had Silvers and Bundeena bunnies in second. Way out in front with 10pts we have SomH3i who takes the GW14 crown.

GW15 – Much like GW14, last we was another crowded podium. It was standing room only in third place with hammerfan_lm, DMC, GoalMachine, IvanTheTerrible and eggwich all scoring 8pts. A similar story in second, Leprechaun, Goldilocks and Jamie Mc all going one point better with 9. Sarri-ball and Tenno-kun duked it out for first having both finished with 11pts. However, Sarri-ball was the ultimate winner, their FGS prediction just 2 minutes from the actual. Nice.

Overall League Table

THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… scoring couldn’t be much simpler:

• Correct Score —> 3 points;
• Correct Result —> 1 point; and
• Correct First Goalscorer of the Gameweek —> 5 points.

To clarify, this is who you think will score the first goal of the entire Gameweek, not just in any given match that you choose to pick yourself!

Points above are awarded on an ‘either / or’ basis, so you’ll either score 3 points for a Correct Score or just 1 point for a Correct Result, and these are never added together for a 4-point score.

Tie-Breaker: in the event of 2+ entrants being tied as winners for the Gameweek, the overall winner of the weekly prize will be decided by a tie-breaker. In order to do this, we ask that you also post your prediction for the time at which the first goal of the Gameweek will be scored. Nearest the pin wins!

The Rules… 1 entry per person and all entries must be submitted prior to the first match of the Gameweek. Once all the matches have been played, we’ll calculate the scores, and the winner(s) will be announced in the following Gameweek’s competition article: each winner will walk away with an FF247-branded t-shirt.

• tell us who you think will be the First Goalscorer of the Gameweek; and
• follow it with your guess for the time of this first goal (to give yourself a fighting chance in a tie-breaker situation).
