We finally have results for you! Let’s get into it!

GW25 Shrivathsa took third place with 11pts, ODT and DMC in the battle for abbreviations share second with 12pts. At the top we had both epilnoob and Goldilocks both finish with 13pts, but it was Goldilocks who took the tie with an FGS prediction just 9mins out from the actual.

GW26 ODT was at it again in third with 12pts, second was a tie with both Jamie Mc and Ivan picking up 13pts thanks to their correct FGS prediction. At the top another battle with both hammerfan and fotisbaxes both getting the FGS and 16pts, but it was fotisbaxes with their FGS prediction just 2mins out from actual.

GW27 Jamie Mc and DMC duked it out for third with 13pts each, redmecca took second with 14pts, but it was Terminators with a massive 18pts who was the victor. All of this weeks winners also got the FGS. Kudos.

GW28 Init was up on the podium with a score of 12pts enough for third, hammersfan and eggwich went one better with 13pts for second, but it was GoalMachine who was victorious with a solid 14pts.

GW29 hammersfan once more graced the podium, 7pts along with Kruzcampo was enough for third. Albox took second with 8pts, but it was Mfon3667 who won the prize with a 9pt return. Nice.

Overall League Table

THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… scoring couldn’t be much simpler:

• Correct Score —> 3 points;
• Correct Result —> 1 point; and
• Correct First Goalscorer of the Gameweek —> 5 points.

To clarify, this is who you think will score the first goal of the entire Gameweek, not just in any given match that you choose to pick yourself!

Points above are awarded on an ‘either / or’ basis, so you’ll either score 3 points for a Correct Score or just 1 point for a Correct Result, and these are never added together for a 4-point score.

Tie-Breaker: in the event of 2+ entrants being tied as winners for the Gameweek, the overall winner of the weekly prize will be decided by a tie-breaker. In order to do this, we ask that you also post your prediction for the time at which the first goal of the Gameweek will be scored. Nearest the pin wins!

The Rules… 1 entry per person and all entries must be submitted prior to the first match of the Gameweek. Once all the matches have been played, we’ll calculate the scores, and the winner(s) will be announced in the following Gameweek’s competition article: each winner will walk away with an FF247-branded prize..
