A lunch time kick off to get us going as we see the champions Leicester shoot a Tiger and then mount his head. Three O’clock sees five fixtures come our way. Newly promoted Burnley looks to drown the Swans with goals, the Pardewites take on the forever parked bus Baggies, Everton and the Spurs face off in what looks to be the marquee game for Saturday. In other action Boro looks to bore us against Stoke, Saints and the Redmond Bandwagon take on Watford and City pounds Moyes and his Sunderland side into submission in the last game.
Sunday has two games on the slate, The Cherries host the legendary Zlatan before we see an intriguing game between Europa slot favourites Arsenal and Liverpool.
Monday finishes off the GW when Chelsea look to get off on the right foot against The Hammers *Hint-pass the ball to Hazard, Antonio can’t defend.

It seems very knee-jerk but sometimes it’s the obvious moves that work best! Mahrez in after last season’s GW1 ended up making a lot of sense… if Negredo scores a brace next week then we’ll be kicking ourselves.
If nobody explodes today then he may well be the top transferred-in player for the gameweek too which spells profit.
think Stones will be most transferred in, everyone is ditching Leicester defence like crazy

He had one shot the whole game, yes he scored but I wouldn’t be quick to jump onto Boro offensive coverage.

I think both Negredo and Gray will probably score around 15 this season, Negredo maybe up to 18 or something. Its Apples and Oranges really, Gray didn’t score for one game. The only reason to swap them is to make money really IMO
Yeah both could go well. I think I might be more concerned over Mahrez than Gray and he scored. Mahrez was quiet
I am concerned about Leicester and I am quite glad I don’t have any Leicester coverage. Same with CP, I almost started this season with Souare/Townsend and Wicham. :p Now just Souare, which is already a headache.
Third headache is my bench, Hojberg and ummmm Paredes, though I think as the season will progress Hojberg will become a starter and the time he was on he already had a few assist attempts.
So maybe Paredes to Amat/Kingsley. WHich of the two will be replaced by Fernandez?

Taking nothing away from Negredo, he jumped up and bundled one in with his shoulder and we’ve only had one game.
From the extended highlights I witnessed, Gray looked sharp and has a rocket of a shot, keeper made two saves from him. Not far away.
You suggest we hold our horses.. Worried prices drop.. What’s that site with transfer drops and ups?

I always struggle logging onto that. It’ll only accept my e-mail address in lower case, even though it isn’t on the FPL site, if that’s any help.

Before I say this, yes I know this is against the rules but it’s not like I’m gonna win anything anyways.
Has anyone ever tried making a second team for the cup? You pick all the players that are tranferred in regardless of points hits to add value and then play your w/c the week before. I may try it just for the hell of it!
