Two continental firebrand managers at the top of their game and two title contenders going head-to-head. Doesn’t get much juicier than this really. Cue the boring 0-0. Unless Stones plays… in which case captain Costa. 3pm then brings us five games, most notably Pardew’s last, if he makes it there at all, and Spurs entertaining Swansea in a much anticipated goal fest. Cue the 0-0. Yet another London derby sees Saturday out as Arsenal visit West Ham in what should be an entertaining encounter. Sunday sees a Coutinho-less Liverpool try to adjust to life without him as they visit a Bournemouth side who looked impressive last weekend despite losing to Arsenal and the last time they faced a defence as shaky as Klopp’s they hammered Hull 6-1, could be goals in this one. Later on Sunday Rooney checks out his inevitable retirement home, that’s if Jose lets him off the bench. That’s if he’s even on it himself. Or can manage to stay there even if he is. All bets are off. Our game-week closes on Monday with ‘Boro hosting Hull. How or why this one is being televised we don’t quite know, quotas have a lot to answer for, if you somehow own a player from either then you’ll probably still be mildly interested. Nacho or Austin?
At first, Iheanacho feels like more of a risk, but his goals per minutes ratio is actually awesome, and he’s about to get 4 full games with a massive point to prove. Just feels like everyone is going talking about the big players, and maybe missing the man who is about to step into Kun’s boots. For me, Austin hasn’t done enough in the last 6 games (only 2 goals and no assists). I already have Costa and Kane. Tempted by Ibrahimovic and or course Defoe, but I just think that Iheanacho could be the main man in December…
Yeah I’m thinking the same. I might go with him alongside Costa and Kane. Basically spending the Aguero money.
But as soon as Aguero comes back you have a problem….
Yeah that’s the downside. Would have the problem of putting Aguero back in as well.
Thing is if you put Costa Kane Zlatan or whoever in for Aguero and they score well you may not want him back,put Iheanacho in and you have to take him out when Aguero comes back.

If Costa and Kane rip it up and it helps you strengthen the rest of your team why would you though ? Kun not as essential as seasons gone by as proved by players at the top of the rankings.Think Sanchez has taken over his mantle.

What’s everyone’s plans for GW15 – I did Kun to Kane last night and I will be looking to do a hit in the next few days, thinking of doubling up on Chelsea defence? Unless anyone else has other suggestions?

Id be keeping Siggy with those fixtures and Pedro is under threat from Willian.I’d get Haz back in for Walcott if you can afford.

I think I will have a couple days grace before hazard goes up but I think this warrants a hit
Keep an eye on Firminho and Liverpool today,if he blanks again and Pool look poor without Coutinho,maybe switch him for Haz for -4 instead if -8 ?

A hit for a defender is dangerous, as you know. And for a second defender from the same team, you’d have to be strong during the game. One WB goal (or, say, one own goal from Cahill) and you loose tons of points!
