Live Match Chat Gameweek 14

Photo 23-11-2013 11 44 40The deadline bell for GW14 rang last night and those with Palace defenders have spent the day celebrating and patting themselves on the back.
But now its time to look forward to tonight’s nine other games, which offer huge potential to move higher in your leagues, or alternatively slide lower!
So, the team sheets are about to be revealed, with that dreaded word we all hate, namely “rotation”, ringing in our ears and causing untold stress and worry.
Who will Wenger rest? Will RvP be fit to face Everton? What surprises has the Special One got in store? Will Dzeko get the chance to break West Brom hearts again?

And then down to the action.

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Game Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck for the second part of GW14 from all at FF247!

    Oscar > Gerrard worth consideration?

You got Suarez? I was looking at Gerrard, but I have Luis and Spurs/Arsenal/Chelsea in the next 5 are putting me off loading up on an albeit in-form Liverpool…

Night all – I’m going to bed, content with my 88 points.. I hope you’ve all had a good midweek, and if not then look ahead to the upcoming weekend, plenty of time to make up lost ground.

By the way Billis, 70+ points with Rambo as captain is an amazing results, well done

91 pts for me should be enough to get me a few green arrows!
Could not expect so much, as I even had to take a hit to replace Oscar to Gerrard, pity I haven’t choose Hazard but Stevie G did a great game and was so unlucky not to score.

    Now, let’s think about GW15!

Great shout with Chiriches Albertini! I convinced my housemate to get Cahill instead…oops…You going to ditch Morrison? You seem to be in the same predicament as me. Money in the bank but not enough to properly improve one of your mids…

      • Tekno-kun says:

Hey guys, do you think Chiriches is nailed on? I want Tot defence, and since Chirches is cheaper and less owned he is appealing.

        • Tekno-kun says:

          *cheaper than Dawson

        • Partisan says:

Too tricky to call really. Give it a couple of gameweeks? Their fixtures aren’t amazing enough that he’s vital…He suits Tottenham’s high line better than Dawson or Kaboul in my opinion, so hopefully he keeps starting…

        • Albertini says:

I think he is TK. He has been quite good and was only left out when injured. One thing I didn’t like from his goal, he was outside of the box when I expected he was, as a CB, well inside it more often. But I think he’s a good differential and for the price you don’t risk too much.

      • Albertini says:

Yes it was Partisan! And the choice has been between him, Cahill (as I was replacing Ivan) and j. Evans…
Re midfield I still don’t know what to do, maybe I’ll have to downgrade Evra. I think I’ll keep Ravel, he’s only worth 4.7 for me.
What’s your plan? Is the team you have linked the one you were talking about? Can’t see Cahill there..

        • Partisan says:

Yeah, no it was my housemate I advised to get Cahill…the one linked is mine.

Evans was on my radar for the weekend but sadly (as a United fan) I just can’t trust our clean sheet potential and I need the money elsewhere.

Originally I was going to go Mirallas (as I couldn’t have Lukaku) for Ramsey (risky I know but their fixtures are looking tough) for next weekend, Januzaj to Amaltifano this weekend. BUt Rooney has thrown a massive spanner in the works…even though I knew it was coming…

        • Albertini says:

Amalfitano is on my “get rid off” list! I have him since GW 7 and he gave me some 14 points since that… I will try to bring another big hitting mid but that won’t be easy… maybe I’ll begin with Lampard, I have no Chelsea cover.

        • Partisan says:

Yeah I think some Chelsea cover is key. I know Amalfi’s form’s been average but WBA have some good fixtures…maybe Brunt then since he takes set-pieces and their defenders are a threat from those…

We are going to bully the poms today. Warner and Clarke will score 150+
