On 40 points with 5 to play…for now I am satisfied. How is everyone doing out there?
Do we know whether Bruce has lost his “nail”? Is he no longer a starter? I would have thought so especially with Chester being out and all…

Satisfied. 40 looks a very good score given that most of the big teams are yet to play, I’m more than a little smug myself this evening and I’ve got 33.

      • Haha well, might end up with only 50 or so points at the end of the GW so I do not want to let myself be smug…yet… If SAS do well and Silva/Hazard have a good day at the office then I may be looking at a good GW. I refuse to see red arrows! 😛

On 25 points with 6 to play. Never been more tempted to take a hit as this morning. I didnt and have a feeling I’ll pay! Oh well!

        • Your big hitters are still to play! Who would you have taken a hit for? Seems you got yourself a good solid team! Maybe Vlaar out? Hopefully SAS do what they do best…bring us FPL managers some nice points!

        • B-Bash says:

It was the Gabbidon v Arsenal, Bruce v Adebayor issue. 6.1 million Coleman sat on my bench. I was tempted to chase points. Options were Coleman to Evra or Coleman to Fonte. Did nothing. Time will tell

Sometimes hits are inevitable. I had 3 in 22 games. I have had 3 in last two games. Felt it was somewhat necessary with injuries etc.

        • B-Bash says:

Dreamers, your right mate! I have looked at silva surfer and gambitbeer and they make hits to suit. Obviously well thought out hits, but they take them!! Gonna see how many red arrows I get, but I may have to change my approach a little!

        • TheDreamers says:

B – Bash – are they other players? Guessing they are the players up around your level

        • B-Bash says:

Dreamers, sorry for delsy. Kid issues! Silva surfer is rank 1 in the world and Gambitbeer is not far behind him!

        • TheDreamers says:

b – bash trust me I know. how many have you? Ive 2 girls

Any advice please? Is Zabaleta or Shaw in for Evans a good move?

    Boruc (Mannone)
    Ivanovic Williams Evans (Mariappa Coleman)
    Mata Oscar Johnson Lallana (Ravel)
    Suarez Benteke Sturridge

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!!

      Andy says:

Not just yet it isn’t, I’d give it time to see just how bad the injury is, I’ve Evans in my team and I’m unwilling to sell with a toothless Fulham being their next home game.

      • EBC says:

None of their prices are anywhere near changing so I won’t be making any rash decisions.

I’m just thinking he’ll probably be out for at least this week, Vidic is back, so is Ferdinand potentially and they have tough fixtures and a blank coming up.

we don’t know as yet how bad it is do we?

    TheDreamers says:

I thought the Fulham signings were good and also they got rid of the lazy, non tracking back players, but they don’t seem to be able to handle going behind at all. At the moment, must be favourites to go done.

Crazy something like 3 points from 11th to relegation
