Hmmm. If correct I will have 10 players playing GW29. And I’ll have 9 DGW in GW 31 (without taking a hit). Planning to take 1 hit though and replace one DGW player for another (RvP with Kun). Planning on having Mannone, Collins, Yaya, Silva, Sterling, Kun, Suarez and Sturridge for GW 31. laugh

I stopped looking at rankings a long time ago. smile

      HL says:

Dropped 30k in 2 wks while scoring above average in both…
      From 41K to 71K…
      :noshake:

      • Luis Suarez says:

Unlucky HL and other guys, hopefully with careful planning you’ll do well in the DGW coming up and shoot back up the rankings !

        • HL says:

With a game against Utd and a DGW right after that, guessing Brendan’s formation could be gold !

        • Luis Suarez says:

And maybe just captain Aguero if we can’t guess? 😛 It’s very tricky lol. Anyway, I don’t mind picking the wrong captain if it means LFC keep winning 😉 I know I should be realistic but we can be close to the top this year..

    Luis Suarez says:

So seems like whoever can guess LFC’s tactics in their next games will know who to captain out of Suarez and Sturridge ! After several weeks of playing on the wing, Suarez played up front with Sturridge against Southampton and service was resumed ! But I don’t expect us to play 4-4-2 every match…

      Raziel says:

Nope, Sterling is doing too well. It was obvious Sturridge owed Suarez one. After like 5 minutes into the game he passed a ball to Suarez, one he would most def. shoot 9 out of the 10 games. Suarez has been really annoyed by that, not getting any balls and giving only assists. Sighs.

Anyway, never bet against Suarez. Planning on keeping both though. laugh

      • Raziel says:

On that note, Suarez dropping tonight. sad

        • jamesimmo says:

Raz, who cares about Luis dropping, unless you plan to sell him (which I certainly don’t for one) then his value is irrelevant. smile

        • Raziel says:

Sorry mate, didn’t see you. True enough, he’s a keeper no matter what happens. Sort of stupid that people are selling him though, don’t get it. I stuck with my 3 strikers even though they have/had blank gameweeks.

      • Luis Suarez says:

Yeah if LFC continue to score a lot of goals then both are a must. The reason Suarez didn’t do as well before this week was because he played wide which is why he wasn’t getting into great shooting positions. But because of the quality of Suarez he can score from anywhere 😉 It was a tactical change from Rodgers to play 4-4-2 to attack Southampton on the break, which is why it’s going to make it hard for us to guess which system he will go for in other games. 4-4-2 and I’d captain Suarez over Sturridge every time …. 4-3-3 and I would captain Sturridge over Suarez every time!

        • Raziel says:

Well, Pool have really great fixtures ahead and you still have a shot at the title. For me Arsenal is out of the race. The lost 1-0 to a stoke that hasn’t kept a cleansheet in 12 GW’s.

Arsenal facing impossible hard fixtures next, and they’re already down. Think Pool still have to face hard opponents but all in home games. Crossing fingers, hoping Pool can take the title this season. Will be hard though.

As for captaining Suarez, when Kun returns in GW30 I’ll replace RvP with him. Kun will be a good option if I can’t make up my mind about SAS.

        • Luis Suarez says:

It’s a big ask with the Squads that Chelsea and City have but we have a small chance 😉 It will be down to our games against them lol.

And yeah, Aguero is a good choice to captain when you don’t know who to captain out of SAS 😉

        • Raziel says:

Hmmm. City have much harder fixtures than Chelsea. I’ve just noticed Chelsea have a rather easy schedule. Only hard away game is Pool away, and we all know Mou tends to lock shit up in those kind of games and steal away points. Would suck hard if Mou would win this season.

        • Luis Suarez says:

Yeah lol. It’s our best chance this year with no european football. And City and Chelsea will only get stronger over the summer !

        • Raziel says:

It doesn’t always work like that Luis. I think United will get stronger. Don’t see City getting that much better, maybe more consistent though. Chelsea under Mourinho will always suck. Dude has great material but the way he sets up his teams is just awful. With a deadly striker they’ll be super hard to beat though. >.< Sighs.

Ps. I did get why Mourinho played anti-football with Inter (which won him the treble)

        • Sterling might be the key to the position that Suarez takes up.

        • Raziel says:

Indeed, today Allen took his place in the squad. Coach said it was because Allen had a really good game the week before. Is that really the case? Or did he keep Sterling in mind.

Not a month ago Rodgers said Sterling was the best English winger in the EPL, lol.

        • Luis Suarez says:

That’s right Mito. Raz he went with Allen to pack the midfield because he was playing with two up front.

        • Raziel says:

Luis, what I said Brendan said before the match. The interviewer asked him why Sterling wasn’t starting and he started talking about Allen, how great he was last week. And that Sterling will def. come on that day (how important he is). Well, it all happened that way. 😉

        • HL says:

Now with Lukas back Sterling will be playing less…

        • Raziel says:

Hmm. Since I have SSS I want them all 3 to play. I do prefer Suarez outscoring Sturridge though. We’ll see what happens. Lucas? Don’t know. He’s expected back against ManU.

Anyway. we all saw how destructive SSS was against Arsenal. Could use the same tactics against United. We’ll see.

Off for bed. Take care all. Cya.

        • Luis Suarez says:

Nice talking to you mate. Goodnight.

    PvR says:

Listen to you guys moaning about dropping spots…. make yourself feel better, and take a gander at my rankings over the last 7-8 game weeks. I scored in the top 24k gw 20, and was ranked at 266k.
Since then it’s been all red arrows and now I’m on 582k. That’s bound to make you feel better!

    Fish says:

    Here’s my team:

    Migs (Mcgregor)
    Ivanovic-Mertesacker-Collins (Gabbidon, M. Olsson)
    Mata-Yaya-Hazard-Adam (Januzaj)
    Sturridge-Suarez(c)-Adebayor

I can only field 8 next week (Ade, Mata, Januzaj, Adam, Hazard, Ivan, Olsson, Gabbison who doesnt start)
Want to get Begovic in for migs and willing to use another 4 pts. Any suggestions appreciated

      Raziel says:

If you can I would swap him for a goalie with easy fixtures. And if really lucky one that has DGW in GW31.

Noticed Migs has a DGW in GW31 and easy fixtures (Cardiff away and Sunderland home). Sort of crazy to sell him. I’d replace McGregor instead. Also, I think Pool have kind fixtures.

    Potty: Seriously contemplating Smalling?

I think I might have accidentally stumbled across a green arrow this GW, too.
