Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 FPL News: It’s weeks like this that separate the ‘casuals’ from the serious players as we begin our 3rd gameweek in seven days. Remembering the deadline is one thing, being properly prepared and planned with such a short turnaround is another. Hopefully you were but either way it’s probably too late now! Gameweek 32 begins with Spurs looking to put an early marker down and place subsequent pressure on Chelsea as they take on Watford at home. We then have five 3pm kick offs, the highlight from an FPL point of view being Kun facing Hull at home. That’s probably it to be fair looking at those sorry fixtures! Well ok, you could make an argument for having West Brom defenders or maybe some sort of interest in West Ham vs Swansea but if anyone is getting excited about ‘Boro vs Burnley then give us a minute to find you the number for the Samaritans…

Saturday evening ends with Chelsea hoping to restore that lead over Spurs as they visit Bournemouth.

Sunday brings us two games beginning with the ‘Moyes Derby’ which sees Sunderland put to the test by Ibra and co. This is followed by what should be an entertaining encounter as home boys Everton entertain in form Leicester.

The gameweek then extends into Monday and this should be a cracker too. Say what you want about Big Sam but if there’s one thing in football he relishes more than anything it is a home game against Arsenal! He’ll have had this one ringed on his calendar for months in advance…

Please join us as ever to discuss the games as they happen and share your feelings, successes and woes as the action unfolds and hopefully the FPL points flood in for you.

Fixture Tracker

The Tracker in full…

FT Diff

DGW34 IS ON THERE AS CONFIRMED BUT DGW37 IS VERY MUCH PROVISIONAL!
That’s our best guess as to how it will pan out and there is still Southampton vs Arsenal to be rearranged. That looks likely to be in GW35 or 36. The FPL site itself has said that they expect the remaining games to be confirmed on or around the 7th April.

Teams with DGW’s ahead… (with thanks to Rosco)

“We played with the players available [against Sunderland],” Mourinho said to MUTV.

“Not one single player stayed in Manchester because we were thinking about resting them, or because we were thinking about rotation or about Anderlecht. Not at all.

“These are the players available at the moment and, when I look to the others, I just expect Valencia to be ready to play and no more, I don’t think.

“I don’t think any one of the other boys will be ready to play.

“De Gea’s injury is not serious and Romero every time he plays he plays so well. The fans are used to having Romero in goal in the Europa League – that becomes the most important competition for us after winning the League Cup.

So everyone keen on Kane coming in for week then switching to Benjamin Button the week after?

71 (72 with Evans) this GW, although some of it was blind luck I think. 😉
Glad I didn’t get rid of Lukaku for Vardy,. Got a lot of baggage in Lovren, Walker, Siggy and Llorente though.

Who should get the chop. Only 0.9 ITB.

I thought the prem league were going to announce the DGWs around the 7th or 8th of this month. They obviously don’t care about us and our planning, the time and thought that goes into it. Capo Sanchez to save my gameweek!!

Yes I can’t understand why they haven’t announced the fixtures

      Andy says:

No clues yet mate but they’ll have to be confirmed shortly with the Saints and Arsenal needing two games rescheduled still. The tracker above is only missing that Saints/Arsenal game as the UEFA games are taking place between GW’s 35 and 36 so it’s very unlikely that the FA will want to have multiple games on them nights.

      • Smash10 says:

Yeah it’s a bit bizarre. Could they have a triple in GW 37

        • Andy says:

I was thinking that they might be trying to have them play twice over the May bank holiday with a Friday Monday game but then they’d have to move the Spurs/Arsenal game to a Friday night which the Met would probably have kittens about smile That games probably scheduled for TV already which would knacker that one.
