Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 32 FPL News: It’s weeks like this that separate the ‘casuals’ from the serious players as we begin our 3rd gameweek in seven days. Remembering the deadline is one thing, being properly prepared and planned with such a short turnaround is another. Hopefully you were but either way it’s probably too late now! Gameweek 32 begins with Spurs looking to put an early marker down and place subsequent pressure on Chelsea as they take on Watford at home. We then have five 3pm kick offs, the highlight from an FPL point of view being Kun facing Hull at home. That’s probably it to be fair looking at those sorry fixtures! Well ok, you could make an argument for having West Brom defenders or maybe some sort of interest in West Ham vs Swansea but if anyone is getting excited about ‘Boro vs Burnley then give us a minute to find you the number for the Samaritans…

Saturday evening ends with Chelsea hoping to restore that lead over Spurs as they visit Bournemouth.

Sunday brings us two games beginning with the ‘Moyes Derby’ which sees Sunderland put to the test by Ibra and co. This is followed by what should be an entertaining encounter as home boys Everton entertain in form Leicester.

The gameweek then extends into Monday and this should be a cracker too. Say what you want about Big Sam but if there’s one thing in football he relishes more than anything it is a home game against Arsenal! He’ll have had this one ringed on his calendar for months in advance…

DGW34 IS ON THERE AS CONFIRMED BUT DGW37 IS VERY MUCH PROVISIONAL!
That’s our best guess as to how it will pan out and there is still Southampton vs Arsenal to be rearranged. That looks likely to be in GW35 or 36. The FPL site itself has said that they expect the remaining games to be confirmed on or around the 7th April.

  1. Should Ben happy with my team’s performance so far but I’m dropping over 10k places and 9 behind the average for the top 1k players. It’s surely down to Kun/Alli/Hazard armband distribution right???

      Curry sounds wonderful, love a hot curry. Kid free hit here today too. Went to see Fighting Talk live this morning and spent the afternoon chilling in Liverpool watching the races. Yep, the new addiction made a return for a day smile

  3. Dreamers, this is what I’m looking at right now. Tough to get rid of Alonso right now, but thinking he may need to go.
    Anyone have thoughts on this crew for next week? I haven’t done much DGW planning and I already used my WC, so probably need to begin working toward 15 playing doubles in 37.

    • I’m starting to think that the DGW planning that I’ve done is all for nought, I’ve brought in Ibra and Zaha for Costa and King the last couple of weeks with the double’s in mind and it seems I’ve just gone backwards, sometimes ignorance can be bliss smile

      Mini whinge over but you’ve already got four players who’ll have a DGW before 37 (De Gea, Yoshida, Sanchez and Zaha) so you don’t seem to be in too bad of a position, I still think that Ibra may be worth picking up before his DGW but after that the water’s a little murkier with Boro being so meh and Palace defensive cover not looking great with PVA injured.

    • BTW – Swansea had 1 shot on target against West Ham.

      Despite the fixture and fixtures being good on paper, he jumps out as a problem ( I have him too).

        • Dunno whom you saw, but the GW leader who TC’d Son is ranked 13.5k now with 133 pts and Zaha to play. He’s been inside the 100k since GW 7.

        • Aye it’s changed teams since Saturday night, I’m not sure the team being shown is the actual leader as he’s on a -8.

  6. 60pts (-4) with 5 to play. Not too bad but my chaser has 72 with 3 to play. Sanchez, Baines and Benteke versus Vardy as the others cancel out.
    Fingers crossed!
