MLS Chat Room 2015

wp_ss_20150324_0005“With the Red Bulls nearing a shut out, Keane receives the ball just inside the 18 and plays a neat wall pass with Zardes to put him into the 6, his shot on frame is rejected out of bounds by the goal tender but the referee seems to have blown for a PK to the offense for an alleged double team”…

Welcome to the FF247 MLS Chat Room for the 2015 season. A hidden gem within the site if you will, for those fantasy managers who just love to play whatever games they can get their mitts on and specifically in this case MLS. Most of us started playing fantasy MLS back in 2013 and were soon hooked. The aim of the Chat Room is to allow a space for those that play it to come on and post and chat whatever they want about MLS – be it a traditional RMT, some team news, a helpful link to some relevant information or site, info about the many DGW’s, info about the many blank game weeks, info about the many international call up weeks (!).

Whatever is on your mind that is MLS related you can post in the Chat Room and know that it won’t be lost and confused on the FPL chat boards and you can easily access it at any time by simply clicking on the MLS tab at the top of the FF247 home page.

    SML or S&M?
When I was about 7 I discovered girls, in fact Karen ShippMix and Elaine KakaKeane who brought me out of my shell.
From a fondle at the back of Oxford “Punts” for Hire to a naked romp in a wobbly treehouse I built, boy my sexual reproductive organs were discovered.
As time went on I found myself looking at men, well what I mean on a school exchange trip Will Bruin Broody really looked the part as he waved his arms in the air at every opportunity.
But then it hit me…….the top shelf in my local corner shop owned by Abdul,as I stretched to reach a copy of the glossy Playboy I tripped on a box of garlic nan breads and that shelf clouted me full force on my head, I do know that I’ve never been the same since.
I have a history due to this incident of doing, putting, and discussing things in the wrong place, take this for example??????
I just saw the words “Chat Room”…… But its just dawned on me its a room for MLS stuff and not how I found sex, drugs and rock n roll.
Signing off now to read page 69 of Playboy,March 1973.

      Potty,
The Northern swingers SM chat room link is in my next email, they are waiting for you Mate. The Pot noodles are free and you can eat as much cake as you like but don’t eat the Manchester tart, especially not after the last time, damn those restraining orders.

*MLS question to the FF247 Gang.
Do you Guys think Kah will start for Vancouver this weekend? should I sell? What do you say?

      Thanks in advance.
      Mr. Morbid.

      • @Pathetico, I believe Kah starts GW4, I doubt he starts both games in the double though. Rodriguez by many accounts is the better defender to go along with Waston. So the thought is that it is only a matter of time before Kah has the CB wrestled away from him. I for now though think Kah starts next game. But I would monitor closely if you decide to stick for now.

I see that on top of the Sjoberg foot injury, there is also word that Jewsbury has a concussion.

Hey guys. An FF247 exclusive for you, as it’s not on my Twitter.

Tally Hall is likely to be out for a few months with an injury, so if you have him switch him out.

This is a great idea. Nice job lads. I’ll be back later.
    Thanks.

Morning folks. How am i looking for this GW? Been having a mare. WC played last GW, and a -4 taken this week. Bought Francis on the wildcard squad not knowing he was called up for the Costa Rica squad and now he’s unavailable for the first 3 GW’s i’ll have him. I need someone to blame… any takers?

@NiN, don’t think the team looks that bad. I know you have an injury concern with Sjoberg but so does everyone else. Stop moaning! You are not doing that bad at all, I hate that you used the WC already but your overall score is not bad at all. Your front 7 looks great, but you do have some injury and bye concerns in the back. I would probably stay as is and hope Sjoberg plays. Next GW though I think you might need to use both transfers on your defence or at the very least one.

      • NIN says:

Cheers Mito. I was hoping to get through this week and next with that defence. You reckon Sjoberg is done after this week?

        • NIN says:

BnR from MLSBoss said yesterday that he expected Sjoberg to stay in the team…

        • @NiN, Sjoberg is subject to the old rule in footy. When you are young (he is 19 I think) you have to perform consistently to keep your spot. Older players can have a stretch of bad games and get the benefit of the doubt. Sjoberg is never far away from the bench, because his manager is no different than the 1000s that went before him. Dia at SKC committed one big mistake and he hasn’t seen the field since. The moment he committed that error I commented on our chat ( not this one ) well that’s it for Dia starting. And sure enough he wasn’t even on the bench the next game.
I would expect Sjoberg to maintain his spot as long as he plays well, but the leash is short in my opinion. And I only brought up Sjoberg because of his foot not a possible benching when commenting on your team.

        • NIN says:

True i suppose. Hopefully they get a CS this weekend and he plays well. That’ll see me through until i can play Francis. I think he’s going to smash it this season.
