It’s transfer deadline-day and one of the most exciting days of the year in the football calendar and possibly one of the most important in terms of fantasy football, as come the end of play today many PL teams will have a different outlook depending on their business on this one day. With FPL taking a mini-break due to international fixtures this is the perfect time for many to reflect on today’s happenings and decide whether any new signings are worth a punt or will impact positively on the players they already have. maybe if they play 4-3-3 with sturridge going wide, he comes back… but with lallana in the scene too… again a doubt.

hey chins, yea my team isn’t looking too bad actually. want to make a few changes here and there, so might consider a minor point hit here and there, but i dont think any major surgery is needed (at the moment!) so will be holding onto my WC for the time being. will see what deadline day brings…

Hello! Wondering if I should do Rooney to Costa? Fixture is in favour of Rooney, form in favour of Costa. Would like to beat the potential price rise on Costa shortly if it happens. My next H2H opponent has them both. Any thoughts appreciated!

even though i would prefer costa over rooney in my team,
seeing how you already have chelsea cover with fabregas and ivanovic and no other united cover… might as well stick with rooney – the switch might just turn out to be a lateral one anyways.
instead, save your transfer as your team looks set for now.
