It’s transfer deadline-day and one of the most exciting days of the year in the football calendar and possibly one of the most important in terms of fantasy football, as come the end of play today many PL teams will have a different outlook depending on their business on this one day. With FPL taking a mini-break due to international fixtures this is the perfect time for many to reflect on today’s happenings and decide whether any new signings are worth a punt or will impact positively on the players they already have. We kick this article off early doors and look forward to seeing it through until the deadline tonight with all of your rumours, hopes and probably lies (!) along the way. 2 FT and 2 mil in the bank so i have a few ideas:
After Mourinho’s bollocking of his defence, Terry is obviously a slight risk.
Could go Terry/Davis -> Collo/Sterling and play 352.
Chambers is not a first team pick, plus hard fixtures.
Could do Chambers/Mata (or Ramsey) -> Sterling + any defender and play 442.
Both my keepers are rubbish.
Guzan -> Mig/Lloris and either Mata -> Sterling or Davis -> Henderson
Want to make the moves by the end of the day, thoughts appreciated.

Good point about Ramsey,Arsenal have some tough fixtures and i’m not sure he’s fixture proof.But i’d deffo take mata out before him.Think your first option sounds the best but i wouldnt be too keen on doing your transfers so early.

Bean, I think your main move is Mata to Sterling. Davis to Henderson is probably also sound for a hit if you plan on keeping him for a while. The other moves are also well reasoned, but those two would be my priorities.

The rumour Razman is that RvP needs surgery on his knee, hence Falcao. De Jong would be good short term, though I can’t stand him. He would at least solidify the team and win the ball.
Still need a defender in my opinion, Vlaar’s agent is quoted as saying he is staying at Villa.

Seriously, if Blind and Falcao are done, I would just go and Vlaar. Sits there, does a job, not the world class one we were looking/hoping for, but an improvement on what is there.

Yeah, Falcao will be United’s Costa. Just read van Gaal prevented RvP from taking that knee operation earlier this year in April. Without the operation he will never reach his old level they say. So it’s a must.
