So I think I got 3 of the 4 predictions right for today. Brazil just had to go and score one more goal, didn’t they!! Then I think I got the bonus question right as well.

Haha there are so many predictions! I sat down and did all of them minus the bonus ones. It took me about 20 minutes to do them all! Probably best to do them day by day haha.

Am I right in thinking you can pick a different captain without losing the double points from the previous capt…

Got Neymar capt on 28 points..
If I don’t sub him…just swap the captain to someone that hasn’t played,

That would be a serious flaw in the system if it is so. Wouldn’t surprise me at all but even so, come on seriously? I would think they would rectify the points in any update and you would get 14 for him going forward if you switched.
I seriously doubt you would keep Neymar’s 28 points. If you did, then you might as well switch your captain everyday!!

Well you can switch it as many times as you want I guess, but you don’t get to keep the previous captain’s double points. So if you switched from Neymar, you only get 14 points instead of 28 and then double whatever your next captain gets.

Does anyone know why there is a break in the MLS season? Is it because of the WC or does it always work like this?
Noticed that the next MLS fixtures are 25th, whereas the last group game for US is the 26th. Shame the MLS couldn’t have waited an extra few days and all the US players would have been back with their clubs. 😉

Trying to do my MLS wildcard tonight before all the cheeky value i made on the wierd little 4 team gameweek disappears. A nice 51 points for me. Finally into the top 100 in the FF247 league. Its a year of transition for the Chins and Bellies US franchise….
Yeah I just spent 10 minutes on making a team last night haha. I hate changing my team around so much! I think that’s why I keep faltering in the FPL around January because of the dumb wildcard they give us.
I hear you Josh. Frikkin hate the Jan WC. I felt pressured into making changes as i didn’t want to “waste” a wildcard. Team would have been about 15 points better that first gwk if i’d left it as it was.
It’ll be different next season.

We have two weeks, I haven’t bothered looking into a strategy. Just make money for two weeks and we will figure it out a day or two before the deadline. Bring in the top guys being transferred in, mostly Vancouver, Toronto and a couple of players from separate teams. And let it sit for about 10-12 days, we will figure it out then.

Jeez, I’ve got a point for a Fred recovery – think whoever is admin of this comp has been smoking something even Mito wouldn’t sell, cos the only think I saw Fred do was collapse when that bloke in the crowd shot him.
The recovery point was given to him for continuing to play on after being mauled by that filthy Croatian in the box.
