Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2017-18 Part 1

The International break is here and it is of course time for another edition of Bore Off! As ever during the international break we take the time to catch up with some of our site regulars, ask them how their seasons are going and get their thoughts on some key issues that we all want answers to. And then of course ask them some stupid questions that we all really don’t want answers to but are too intrigued to look away. Joining us for part 1 of this double header are Rosco, Swirly and Matt. Thanks for taking the time out to answer our questions guys. Over to you…

Many thanks to Rosco, Swirly and Matt for taking part in this Gabo and thanks to Init and Cookie for providing the questions. I will read the books…I mean answers you provided tomorrow when I get a moment…or a whole afternoon. 😉

I didn’t get a chance to put a little description of you guys at the bottom, but here is a quick one.

Rosco: Likes to write novels in his spare time.
    Swirly: a creative quack
Matt: Loves to go on Facebook to meet woman double his age.

Who is the must have for another 2-5 weeks? Bakoyoko ? Fernandinho (seems to be involved in everything, never been rested for most games) or surman?

I have hazard and aguero. Planning to get rid of silva in order to have mane/salah with any 5.2 midfield..

Fernandinho is involved in a lot for City and seems to be guaranteed to play in the league (or at least as close as you can get under Pep).

Probably would be my choice at that price but without seeing the whole squad it’s hard to give a full opinion on what’s best for you.

Bakayoko has the potential to be a brilliant player but right now he seems to still be a bit rough at the edges.

Surman looks decent value for price but I trust City more than Bournemouth.

If you want a cheap, playing player, I would look at a defender rather than a budget midfielder, they look a lot better value for money.

I think Fernandinhos points will dry up.

With the length of these answers the article could have covered every IB during the season, aswell as every leg break, kit-kat break, snooker break and any other break you can think of. :big-lol:
    Well done lads.
