Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW18

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW18 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW18 First off just a reminder that we’ll be publishing a separate article for every Gameweek over the festive period. We’ll not be able to publish results for GW18 until either the GW20 or more likely GW21 article. So make sure you get your predictions in sharpish and then you can get back to whatever you’re doing! With this being the last H&L article before Christmas, I’ll take this opportunity to say (to those who celebrate it) have a Merry Christmas, and may all your predictive wishes come true! Anyway, from GW17’s nine withstanding results, we had some pretty impressive scores! There were 8 correct FGS predictions and, remarkably, Rosco wasn’...[Read More]

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 17

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 17 Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 17 We are underway on Friday this week with Nottingham Forest v Tottenham Hotspur under the lights and next to the Trent. A decent way to kick off the weekend’s action hopefully. Saturday has no lunchtime game so we are in limbo until 3pm when Simon and the lads have four games to bring us. Bournemouth v Luton in the battle of the two smallest gorunds ever in the Premier League when quality and not quantity will hopefully be the order of the day (but let’s be honest, no one is seeking out a link for this one!). Simultaneously, we are at three mammoths of grounds in PL terms as Chelsea welcome the Blades to the Bridge, Manchester City host the Eagles and Newcastle have Fulham at St James’s. Saturday ev...[Read More]

Fantasy Football 247 Site Team Gameweek 17

Fantasy Football 247 Site Team Gameweek 17 We have good autosubs but not necessarily in the correct order Welcome to FF247 Site Team Gameweek 17 Two autosubs were used this week and we still had a 9-pointer sitting there amongst the injured and forgotten. Destiny Udogie (9) – we hardly knew ye! We had Jarrad Branthwaite (5), good sub/shame he’s suspended and Sam Johnstone (2) for the short-lived Caoimhin Kelleher. Damn. The remainder of the team, like many, benefitted from a very well chosen (but obvious) vice captain. Mo Salah (26) was our star man. Well – save for the aforementioned Branthwaite five, he was ONLY man. What a sorry show. Still we’re not too hard on them as they have served us well recently. Despite the 43 in total – 3 above the average –...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 17

Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 17 Welcome to Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 17 Ok then, so the past few weeks have been a bit…. well, shit? That’s probably fair to say from a fantasy POV. The average for GW15 was 35, and it was 18 for GW16. 18!!! It does however stand that when everybody does poorly then it is of course all relative. But that doesn’t make it particularly exciting now, does it! Hopefully all that was just a blip and we start seeing some more action over the coming weeks. But probably not for Haaland… which in and of itself may actually mix things up a bit, and if nothing else we may all at least have have a few more quid to spend should we decide to cut ties with the big man for a wee while. Let’s go see where some of that could be spent. Goalk...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW17

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW17 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW17. Here it is! The moment you have all been waiting for. We finally have the time to take a breath and get the results from the last few weeks. We have not been able to provide you any results from GW14, 15 and 16 but we are glad to able to get them to you. Let’s stop all the suspense and cut to the chase. In GW14, it was a very close affair. 6 managers finished tied for 2nd place on 10 points with a further 7 managers just one behind on 8 points. That is over a quarter of the participants that were just 2-3 points away from winning. However just one manager came out on top and that was H&L veteran Shrivatsha on a clear 12 points. In GW15, we went from a close affair to a v...[Read More]

Fantasy Football 247 Site Team News Gameweek 16

Fantasy Football 247 Site Team News Gameweek 16 When you’re good, you’re good! Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW16 Last week we said we were a broken record and *scratch scratch*, here we go again with another solid week! We didn’t make any transfers in GW15 and rolled the transfer which we will count as a good decision due to the colour of our arrow. It did give us a precious 2FTs for what turned into a week where Mbeumo got injured, Son got a niggle, Tsimikas got benched. Lots of headaches around the X-verse to deal with. Now it’s not a massive green arrow but we finished on 39pts just above the 35pt gameweek average which saw a small rise from 662 to 528th. The air is getting thinner! Our Gameweek 15 Result We have £0.5 in the bank and 2 free transfers to use ahead o...[Read More]

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 15

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 15 Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 15 There’s nothing better than a good old midweek GW, especially in the cold, in December and under the lights. That is, until we see the team-sheets and the inevitable mass of rotations. Maybe, here’s hoping…. It’s actually a bit of a drawn out affair this, over 3 nights, as Amazon want maximum exposure for their buck. In fact, Tuesday is sparse with just the two games as Wolves welcome Burnley at 7.30pm band Arsenal go to Luton at 8.15pm. Wednesday sees the bulk of the games, with 6 in total. Two staggered KO times here with 7.30pm seeing Brighton v Brentford, Palace v Bournemouth, Fulham v Forest and Sheffield Utd v Liverpool. At 8.15pm we have Man City going to Villa and Man Utd hosting Chel...[Read More]
