No no no no no no no no BOTMAN!

Welcome to FF247 Site Team Gameweek 27

Not much went wrong (or has gone wrong lately) this past week but Sven of the Toon didn’t half let the side down with his MINUS 2 in the Geordies defeat at Arsenal this past week. In fact that score completely cancelled out the hard-earned 1 points each from Pervis Estupinan and Julian Alvarez – tongue firmly in cheek of course! Botman in fact cancelled out Saliba next to him ….

Enough of what went wrong, let’s have a look at what went right. Haaland (C) with 10 points and Ollie Watkins with 9 certainly played their part but tis in the midfield where we came alive. Bukayo Saka (10) and Phil Foden (11) were awesome enough but we arrived at the Monday Night Football still having Jarrod Bowen in our stable. The absolute lad, get in! TWENTY POINTS shot us to a weekly total of 67 points – 21 above the average and on a green arrow to an overall rank of 2,734.

Always nice to bounce straight back from a red arrow.

Our Gameweek 26 Result

We have £3.3mln in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of Gameweek 27. Let’s go see what was decided.

Our Gameweek Transfer(s)

This was decided in minutes, nay seconds in fact. We are happy with how we look, we can save the transfer and we know silly season is upon us. So having two free moves in any week these days is handy. We’ll have that this week. Save.

To confirm then we have SAVED OUR FREE TRANSFER

Captain – ERLING HAALAND

Six votes to nil so it’s a landslide. Sightly surprising when you consider we have more than one player with a really good fixture – in fact you could legitimately make a case for five of our attackers.

PREDICTED LINE-UPS

Back by popular demand! Well, sort of… Drafthound have changed their line-up approach this season and what it means for us is that we are no longer able to display a live feed of it on here due to some technical difficulties. That said, what they have done looks great and is still only a click away so if you want to access those they are HERE

I did Toney to Solanke so praying for a positive update today buba

My captain last week was Saka and it paid off betting against the robot.

It’s a coin flip to do it again or go back to him. My thoughts are as follows.

    Over the last 5 games,

    City have scored: 8
    Arsenal have scored: 20

    Points for Haaland: 34
    Points for Saka: 59

    Goals conceded by manu: 7
    Goals conceded by Sheffield: 15

All key stats have me looking at Saka. But Haaland had to go score 5 on Tuesday night (only Luton you might say) but manu are in odd form and city will have there sights set on a big win.

Any thoughts on above or my team please.

    Hey all,
So I’ve got 2 FT and don’t really want to lose one. I can’t see anything obvious here.
    I’ve still got £4.9m ITB.
Maybe downgrade a defender so I can do Foden or Bowen to Salah in future?
I do think I’ll bottle it and put the armband on Haaland. Oh
    Thoughts? Appreciated!

Any ideas what to do here? 1ft 7.3m in the bank. Thinking to get in son but for who. If I go garnacho then I will end up with benching headaches between hwang and palmer in the future. Or just sell hwang now cos of injury?

I was going to do Estu->Doughty, but other injuries have popped up now.
Should I maybe do Pedro->Doughty instead, and have him 1st bencher Also. maybe go -4 and bring in Bowen for Richarlison?
