Welcome to fantasyfootballfix.com, we are a new site created for players of the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), to offer mathematical solutions to everyday problems you face as a Fantasy Manager!

Fantasyfootballfix.com was created after two creative FPL Managers, one a Nuclear Physicist (nerd), and one a Business Consultant (not so clever), decided to answer the age old question: Can a mathematical algorithm beat a human at Fantasy Premier League?.
We started the project when Man City were stumbling along in League One, and sometime later after writing over ten thousand lines of code, we had finished creating a mathematical equation which consistently delivered us a top 1% finish in the FPL Game out of the 3.2M players. Result.
With all the useful fantasy scout information available through blogging websites, which give you advice and help on the best Premier League players, we felt like we could offer all the aspiring FPL Mangers something a bit different with our newly created formula.
So, we started to develop fantasyfootballfix.com to allow people to maximise point returns through mathematical recommendations.
We wanted fantasyfootballfix.com to be different to all the other FPL fan sites out there, not only by providing our recommendations through our unique mathematical formula, but also to give a simple and functional user experience bespoke to each individual users squad.
It all starts with just ‘one click’ to upload your FPL squad straight from the official Barclays Fantasy Premier League site.
Then all of our features are tailored to your squad, giving you personal recommendations through mathematical analysis to improve your point’s returns and help you maximise your squad value.
None of the fantasyfootballfix.com features have any type of human interaction or recommendation, they are all powered by the mathematical algorithm which is proven to deliver.
Clever sums can accurately forecast every possible statistical outcome for each Premier League player.

Like how you linked your team by the way Ruben. You only played the game for 2 GW’s so people might get the wrong idea when they see your ranking (als ze niet verder kijken dan hun neus lang is). Some of the regulars here still don’t (and probably never will) link their teams, which kind of annoys me. >.<

Struggling to figure out what to do this week. I’m thinking Robertson needs to go as Hull’s fixtures aren’t great. Also not liking Krul too much. And there’s lots of great alternatives to Ulloa even though he has good fixtures-Sakho, Berahino and Naismith… Would really appreciate a RMT!

I can’t quite see your selling price for Ulloa but would be tempted with Sakho, Naismith, Berahino or Cisse.
Maybe just the one transfer this week and play Krul home to Leicester. Next week get Chambers for Robertson?

Krul now declared and has a decent home fixture. Surely NUFC are due their 2nd cs this week!
Robertson is likely to face the inexperienced Bellerin this weekend, playing left wing back. His stats are good with regard to attacking so I’d keep him for this week!

I popped on quickly to see if I could get some opinions on my team this week, rather stuck on whether or not to use my ft, and if I do use it, on whom?
Dzeko is my biggest worry, and I wouldn’t mind upgrading him to Studge, or even Kun. But that would mean downgrading either Baines or Ivan…
So here’s my current plan:
Give Ivan and Dzeko a chance this week, then next week go Ivan down to Taylor, and Dzeko up to Studge, or even take Ivan down to a cheaper defender and bring in Aguero depending how things go. Thoughts?

to answer your question, I would have exactly 3.9 mil to spend
I wouldn’t bother then PVR, not this week anyway. You can’t get a defender you’d want for 3.9 so you’d have to cut a midfielder too to get Kun, so 3 moves. Do it gradually mate and maybe even just save the transfer this week.

I think my defense would be to weak if I got Kun atm. With Sturridge I can still have Baines, Clyne and Taylor or someone similar. And then I can always upgrade Sturridge to Kun if need be without too much hassle.
upgrade Dzeko to pelle, then have 0.6m to get point scoring 4th def as backup, or other options in midfield after this gw ?
nah, I would really rather upgrading to a stronger second striker, but I definitely had considered that for awhile.
