FANTASY FOOTBALL; GAME WEEK 12
There might not be fans in stands, at least in some of the stadiums (tier 2 and tier 3), but almost every premier league fans and fan of football has their fantasy game on lock, including the players.
The next game week will begin on Friday, 11th December, and the great news off fantasy will be the return of fans to tier 1 region, while the other tiers continue to work hard to return to some semblance of normalcy. Gameweek 11 saw Aston Villa and Newcastle sit out their encounter after the match was postponed but every other game on the fixture list went on as planned and some stunning performances saw Harry Kane, Heung Min Son, and Mo Salah deliver maximum points for their teams and those who put their faith in them. As fans and teams continue to get the welcomed news and sight of being in the stands again, the action is ever more exciting and lovers of a little flutter can use their fantasy team, news and get the maximum out of sites like bonuscodebets.co.uk to get the right bonuses and make a maximum gain from their predictions, odds, and bets.
Gameweek 12 begins at Elland Road, as the ever-impressive Leeds United take on West Ham. Losing to a resurgent Manchester United team may be a dent in their recent run but West Ham knows they can lock down anyone in the league and have the goals in them to grind out a draw or win. Leeds, on the other hand, are finding ways to get the goals backed by solid defensive play. Aston Villa had a bye week 11 but will be very much present to take advantage of their rest against a hurting Wolves side who are having to make do without striker Raul Jimenez. Newcastle will face off with West Brom at St. James’ park, while the Manchester derby brews at Old Trafford. The two Manchester teams have a point to prove to each other and places to make up the table. With exciting football returning to both teams, this will be the perfect time to deliver Christmas before Christmas. Everton has the goals in Calvert-Lewin, but their defence cannot stop conceding, and Chelsea is a team that cannot stop scoring. Frank Lampard’s side has shown some inconsistency at the most inopportune of times, but may just be hitting their stride. Sunday games kick off at St. Mary’s as this year’s surprise team, Southampton take on Sheffield United. The league leaders Spurs and Liverpool take on Fulham and Crystal Palace, while Burnley faces an ailing Arsenal. The last game of the game week is Leicester up against the very defensive Brighton.
The gameweek looks like one in which the big names can put up more of their storied performances, with big games across the board. Strikers will definitely be needed this game week and a three-striker line upfront would not be an outrageous idea. The defences will be needed as well, but counting on clean sheets might be a little too much to ask.
