Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 26 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 26GW26 is live! After days of deliberation your transfers are done and your captain is picked. So now it is time to sit back and watch the points roll in, hopefully. Our main man T.J. should have the line-ups with you soon, to get the GW going. Saturday sees no lunchtime action as we have six games starting at 3pm. Stoke pays a visit to Villa park and have left all their keepers at home, daring any Villa forward to score. Chelsea receive Burnley in what is the first of two easy game-weeks. Pardew and Wenger battle it out for sexiest man alive when Arsenal’s midfield dwarfs visit Selhurst Park. Hull City welcomes in QPR in a bit of Sunday League action. Pulis leads his all out attack to face a Sunderland side that is looking to achieve mediocrity. In Swansea we will see a Siggy sighting as they look to fend off the sideways long ball attack of LVG’s men. In the last game of the day City welcome in the Toon, who they have managed to pummel 15-1 in their last 5 EPL meetings.
Sunday brings us the last 3 fixtures starting with a lunch time kickoff. Spurs one man show Bale Kane looks to add more goalkeeper scalps to his ever growing collection as the hammers come in after their FA cup disaster. That is followed up by the Toffees rolling out the red carpet for last place Leicester who are always a sight for sore eyes. The GW is concluded when the Saints look to derail Liverpool’s charge for a Champions League spot, in what looks like the best game of the weekend.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so you can see yourself becoming rich right before your very eyes.

Am I set for the next GW or should I do something about Wisdom? Have no FT’s left. sad

In hindsight I should’ve just kept freaking Boyd whom I bought at 4.4m, just like I should’ve kept Silva whom I bought for just 8.8m, and he did me good. Geeeeeeeez Raz. So many poor decisions as of late. AT least I didn’t take a hit for Costa this weekend. That’s something. Baines pulling off a boner was shite, and JwP being subbed after 59 f-ing minutes (just like AGUEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO). Not to forget, 3 minute men PvA. PvA should start the next game if Poyet wants to score with his f-ing team.

      NIN says:

Yep. You’ve got a good 11 there mate. No need to spend 4 points, in my opinion.

      • Raziel says:

If they start that is. Anyway. You’re right.

        • Raziel says:

I noticed a lot of people have problems with non-starters and also blank GW players from QPR/Leicester/Chelsea/Spurs.

        • NIN says:

van Aanholt is the only real doubt. I’m relying on him too so hopefully he gets the nod. Yeah, some squads have been butchered by players being dropped. Thankfully i’ve swerved most of them.

        • Raziel says:

Not just this GW but I feel a lot of people need to take a hit if they want 11 starters. Which most of the times ain’t worth it. But if you do consider the non-starters this GW, the fact QPR/Lei/Che/Spu have no game, a lot of people will make crazy decisions. I see people are finally dropping Fabs/Costa. HOpe they can drop in value, same with Terry.

Anyway, off for bed. Goodnight. And congrats on your ranking and your goodie, goodie week. smile

        • NIN says:

True. It will be an interesting few GW’s that’s for sure. Cheers mate. Appreciated. Good night and take care

Same question as everyone else, is this OK for next gw? 1ft, my plan was to save the transfer to gw28.
    Missing some city coverage maybe?

    Hello Everyone,

    I need your comments again

Wildcard played but I think my team stills needs surgery

    Thanks in advance!

Jonathan, it’s mostly sound but you’ll need to take a hit to replace both Wisdom and Clichy who’ve lost their places. It’s worth doing that so you can field 11 players next GW (keeping Costa, Zouma and Kane on the bench). I’d definitely get Bertrand and maybe Haidara to replace them.

    Hello Everyone.
I saved my free transfer last week and came up with a win in most leagues.
Now for this week. I’m having a bit of trouble with Jones. He just can’t get a decent score.
I’ve got 2 free transfers to use. I’ve got enough bench cover to play a full team this week.
I’m getting a bit annoyed with Sanchez. Not sure if I should get rid of him?
    Suggestions appreciated

      gkw says:

Harry13, yes you’re generally well set up for next GW. Jones really should keep a CS against Sunderland, so now isn’t a good time to sell him. Sanchez is sound enough – every player has dips in form, and it’s not so long ago people were desperate to get rid of Silva. You may as well use one FT this GW on a sideways moved just to raise cash, say Monreal to Bellerin. Then you could afford (I think) to bring in Bertrand for Jones next week.

    Silverback says:

Morning all hope you all I had a good GW need to get rid of Clichy & Baird who would you suggest .3m in bank (this would mean a 4 point hit)

    • 132.1
      gkw says:

Morning Silverback, yeah in the end another decent score this GW for me too (1 more than you). With your lot, I’d stick with Baird at this point in the season – whoever you’d get to replace him would seem unlikely to play much for you, if at all, so you’d be wasting 4pts on a hit. Clichy to Fonte would be my move.

      • Silverback says:

Morning gkw good score not sure I want to double up on Sou def already have Bertrand was thinking Lescott & Naughton but here what your saying I thk my back line is weak & I thk a lot of teams will take a hit this wk just unsure of WBA fixtures but no one seems to be keeping CS
