GW38 is live! Well this is it folks. Another long, hard fought, probably disappointing season, of near misses and WTF was I thinking captain choices has fallen by the way-side. Unless of course you were one of the chosen few that the FPL Gods showed mercy on and got good consistent scores. As per custom in GW38 all games kick-off at 3pm on Sunday. A bit left to play out when it comes to who holds which spots in the Europa and who is the third team to drop to the Championship. And for any of you holding onto a coveted spot in a mini league there is still a lot to play for. As we all know one really bad GW could put a sour ending to a great season. So we hope you were aware of any hints on who was definitely playing and who could be on early vacation. so you are not left shaking your head in disgust all summer long…

Never left my transfers so late, did Caz+Moreno to Mata+Vlaar at 11.25. Decided to keep Hazard, Grealish will sub him in if he’s out.
Now off for a lunch near the seaside, enjoying a lovely 28ºC!

I did the same, kept Hazard with Rose to come off the bench. Not ideal but my closest rival was forced to play Rose so it will cover him off. My rival played it safe, was so bizarre because He is 16 behind me but 56 ahead of 3rd, I would have gone all out with nothing too lose!
Ran out the shower and quickly replaced Pantsu for Schmeichel for a 4 point hit. Everything in the house wet. :dance:

i’ve been meaning to take screenshots of the player stats in the transfer section all week…… Drank beer til 5am and forgot!!!! So much for my planning for next season. All data unavailable and I have a massive headache…… I am 58 points clear in one mini league and 40 points clear 2nd in the other (no chance with winner). Ulloa is my captain as I can still get manager of month with a bit of luck today. Good luck everyone
What stats are you after Matt that you can think will be relevant for next season? Good luck with the hangover, If I’d have been on the lash till 5 no way would I be able to compus mentis at this time.
Hi Andy, not sure I am thinking straight yet! mainly stuff like value/season and form etc…. stuff that the total scores dont show…. too late now. Probably of little use but any kind of edge would have been a positive
Surely all that information is available on the statisitics tab?
Yeah they’re all still available mate, select which filter you want (form, transfers in total, price fall season etc) and then click the show button just to the right hand side of it.

Now that the game is not longer being updated, finally got to see the damage missing the deadline has done.
So it looks like last nights tinkering I actually submitted and so got Silva and Ayoze Perez in, Kane Fabregas out…for a -4 hit!
But sadly – didn’t think I’d done any transfers, missed deadline due to time difference mistake I made and now the team I have is the team FPL auto selects and Silva is 2nd on my bench!! Sanchez captain! Ugh.
My bad memory + shoddy internet connection + time zone difference = big fat mess!
Ah well. Could have been worse.
