We’ve written and re-written this about four times now this week. Which, quite frankly, is about three times more than we wanted to. We think that the following is about to happen. But in all honesty if it doesn’t, or if it changes again, please feel free to make up your own narrative and pretend that’s what we bothered to write instead because there will be no 5th!
We won’t list the lot (a picture is worth a 1000 words etc) but in short we begin with Wolves vs West Brom at Saturday lunchtime, and then we have 4 more games later on that day, 3 on Sunday, 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 2 on Wednesday, 1 on Thursday and we eventually conclude a truly long double game-week, over 7 days after it began, on the following Saturday evening at 8pm with Aston Villa v Newcastle. If Villa can be bothered to turn up. 15 or so games in total which means that 11 teams get to play twice. In theory.

If Maguire delivers quarter of his headers, he may well sit beside Salah, son and Kane as top scorer.
He almost “touches” every corner, to no avail.
True but in 83% of the time he uses his hands to win the ball (why he does is beyond me when he is like 9.4 ft tall), so had he scored those chances, most of them would probably be disallowed.
What a great game week, regardless of scores and ratings. Has had everything. Cancellations and covid drop outs and re-arranged fixtures and that warm special DGW feeling that only FPL can give. I took a -12 to get in shape , confident spent points would come back on a multiple of 2.5, but shot my bolt too early, meaning Danny Ings hockey pokey leaked another ‘in and out’-8 for me -20. Amateur….. I have the right MC defender in Cancelo who is to be fair different gravy, despite not netting yet. I will stake my limited knowledge that once that guy stops hitting woodwork he is a big deal. Proper footballer. I went Mo (c) so we will see how that works. Big day tomo for us Salah guys. In Mo we trust. Foden was awesome again tonight yet scored next to nothing. I have no Spurs for this gw so will live with that, although one of that in sync couple now look like mandatory squad members. I have enjoyed Villa and West Ham assets. And I will have a coupla Leeds guys in just cos they are such joy to watch. Started last week 134k, spunked a -20 straight off, and would be soo pleased to end up anything inside or close to that score after a difficult to manage week. But, and its true ..been the best fun week for a long time. And quite like awaiting the fallout of my biggest ever expenditure at Villa Park v the Geordies.. Love this game..

I hope break even (at least) after that -20 hit! I don’t think I’ve ever done a -20 but I barely do -4s, so I guess that makes sense.

thanks…huge swings over the long week…down to 350k at on stage ….sweating….but eventually ended up finishing a bit higher overall, albeit only 6k higher (thats a big 6 k even if its only a 10 point gain) and ending green arrowed at 126k on the back end of the Satday night end game…thats how to play the game!. Def fun.Though we are all due a fall after a pleasing week; had a mad moment and spent another -20….thats two back to back 20’s – biggest ever spends…think lockdown has got to me and frazzled best laid plans and all that….but my ONLY goal is my long term ML, dozen years in now…..good bants…and I am just skimming off the points I have in front of the guys and spending / re-investing them to keep me ahead – we will see – to be fair having an inspired season but def not text book…back down at the 180k’s tonight….but top 50k is a skippers choice away – I can feel it…been enjoying this year
